After the model, thecontrol group and model group were given distilled water by gavage1.0ml/100g othergroups by gavage, the dose as follows: JWSNS5.93g/kg, paroxetine hydrochloride20mgparoxetine hydrochloride in tablets dissolved in94ml saline Xiaochaihutang8.47g/kg,Siwutang4.23g/kg, HuangqiJianzhong soup10.48g/kg, Chaihujialonggumuli soup7.41g/kg,ginseng decoction1.06g/kg, hyssop decoction1.59g/kg, the weight of each group are 1.0ml/100g administered once/day, administered21days after the last administration butwater, fasting24h, drawn. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was measuredIL-2, IFN-α, IFN-β, changes in IL-12, IFN-γ levels in rat serum.Results:Compared with the control group, modeling modeling rats in each group during theweight loss, Open-field experiment horizontal movement, vertical movement scoredecreased; model group, serum IL-2, IL-12, IFN-β, IFN-content decreased γ, IFN-α levelsincreased. After treatment, JWSNS group, paroxetine hydrochloride group Xiaochaihutang,Chaihujialonggumuli soup group, Siwutang group, hyssop decoction group, ginsengdecoction group and serum HuangqiJianzhong soup group IL-2, IL-12, IFN-β, IFN-γ levelsincreased, IFN-α was decreased.Conclusion:A chronic unpredictable moderate compound stimuli can induce experimental animalmodel of chronic fatigue syndrome.2JWSNS, ginseng, and HuangqiJianzhong soup can beincreased serum IL-2, IL-12, IFN-β, IFN-γ levels, lower serum IFN-α levels.3Shu Qimachine method, warming the gas law, added strength and effective treatment of chronicfatigue syndrome. Its therapeutic mechanism may regulate the body’s cellular immunefunction.
