Clinical Study Of Jianpi Bushen Prescription Treatment Of Hepatitis B Liver Cirrhosis With Hypoproteinemia

Objective:this study in Chinese medicine theory,based on the previous studies,thechange of hepatitis B cirrhosis with low protein before ahd after application ofinvigorating the spleen in patients with kidney tonifying therapy serum protein,liverfunction,color and other outcome measures,to explore the effect of Bushen JianpiDecoction in the treatment of hepatitis B liver cirrhosis with hypoproteinemiaaspect,simultaneous detection of clinical utility of Jianpi Bushen prescription,clinicalfeasibility and practicality of the further study of hepatitis B liver cirrhosis withhypoproteinemia pathogenesis ahd prescription of Bushen Jianpi,provides a newmethod for the treatment of hepatitis B cirrhosis hypoproteinemia in treatment oftraditional Chinese medicine clinic.Methods:60patients with hepatitis B liver cirrhosis with hypoproteinemia patientsfulfilled the diagnostic criteria,were randomly divided into two groups (the treatmentgroup and the control group)，30cases in each group,patients in control group weretreated with antiviral and liver protection therapy, the treatment group in the controlgroup beased on the use of Jianpi Bushen prescription, a daily agent sooner or lateruse,respectively,treatment for3months.And guide the patients eat high quality proteinfoods rich in lecithin.The two groups before and after treatment were detected serumalbumin,cholinesterase,alanine,aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase,prealbum-in,andstatistical analysis was performed to detect,effect of Jianpi Bushen on liver cir-rhosis with hypoproteinemia serum albumin and hepatic synthesis can improve the f-unction of.Results:1Effect of Jianpi Bushen prescription on serum albumin:before and after tre-atment,serum albumin were two groups of patients with elevated,changes in the treat-ment group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the two groups bef-ore treatment by the independent samples t test(P>0.05),that were comparable betwe-en the two groups, the treatment group than the control significantly in patients withserum albumin elevated group,the independent samples t test(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.2Effect of Jianpi Bushen prescription on serum cholinesterase of patients in the treat-ment group:the cholinesterase levels have increased than before treatment,while the c-onreol group after treatment than before treatment decreased cholinesterase levels,an-d the treatment group compared with the control group increased cholinesterase wasstatistically significant(P<0.05).3Effect of Jianpi Bushen prescription onALT,AST,A/G:two groups of patients beforeand after treatment in treatment groupALT decreased while AST and A/G increased,t-he statistical test,there was no statistical significance between the treatment group andthe control group(P>0.05).4Effect of Jianpi Bushen prescription on prealbumin:treatment group prealbumin inc-reased after treatment,statistically,there were significant differences between the twogroups(P<0.05).5Effect of width Jianpi Bushen prescription of portai vein:the width of portai vein intreatment group increased compared with before treatment,the two groups after treat-ment results by independent t test(P>0.05),the difference was not statistically signifi-cant,the effect of the treatment of portal vein width is not obvious.6Effect of Jianpi Bushen prescription on spleen length: the treatment group and the c-ontrol group of patients with spleen length than before treatment were decreased,wh-ile the treatment group decreased spleen length significantly compared with the contr-ol group,the two groups after treatment results by independent samples t test(P<0.05).Conclusion:1hypoalbuminemia is common complication of cirrhosis to a certainstage. Treatment with spleen and Kidney Decoction Combined with basicantiviral,liver protecting treatment,with Replenishing Qi to invigorate thespleen,kidney essence is the basic treatment,the patients with other drugs,is one of themost important methods in the treatment of liver cirrhosis with hypoproteinemia incirrhotic hypoproteinemia,treatment has certain role and status.2Jianpi Bushen prescription may be through improving the body absorption ofnutrients,reducing liver inflammation,promote the repair of damaged,to protect theliver cells,increase the synthesis of protein,Jianpi Bushen Decoction in the treatmentof hepatitis B liver cirrhosis with hypoproteinemia might be the results of interactionof multi way,multi levels,multi link.3The treatment groups in clinical treatment with curative effect,can significantlyimprove the liver cirrhosis with hypoproteinemia physicochemical indeves,is better than that of the control group treatment effect.Clinical application and no obvioustoxic and side effect,is a method for the treatment of hepatitis B liver cirrhosis withhypoproteinemia effective.
