Objectives: Through collating and analyzing Herbal Remedies of Professor Zha-o Kun in obar pneumonia in hospitalized children by Frequency analysis and C-luster analysis at First Affiliated Hospital of Henan College in June2012-M-ay2013, Through this study,we help to grasp TCM drug laws and characteristi-cs of treatment of children with lobar pneumonia about Professor Zhao Kun.an-d summarize experience in the treatment of this disease.Methods:In order to identify high frequency depends on the frequency analysis,we collected accords with a condition of lobar pneumonia patients hospitalizedcases,involved in cases of traditional Chinese medicine prescription for the key,and establish a database by SPSS19.0.Frequency analysis was used to find themedicine category and medicinal,clustering analyses was used to find the prescr-iption their components with close interrelationship,all above methods were bee-n used to Investigate the experience and regulations of Chinese herbs usage.Results:202cases were selected out from the clinical cases according to the inclusion criteria and the exclusion criteria,male constitute ratio significantly high-er than that of female(P<0.05), in Proportions of different ages to be compare-d,3to7years of age is Significantly higher proportions than other age groupsconstituted(P<0.05).In composition of different seasons,there are69cases(34.2%) in winter,58cases(28.7%)in summer,39cases(19.3%) in autumn,36cases(17.8%) in spring. each season is different than composing(P<0.01).Constitute the o-nset of winter season compared with each other to compare,there is Statisticall-y significant between autumn and winter and spring(P<0.017).The difference w-as not statistically significant between summer and winter (P>0.017).In the dist-ribution of syndromes.There was statistically significant difference between theconstituent ratio of Phlegm heat obstrueting the lung syndrome with others(P< 0.01).There was a significant difference in blood stasis and various types of th-e disease about the constituent ratio (P<0.01).we all collected833original pres-criptions of in-patient, Prescription medications ranged from3days to37days,averaged of17days.there are total139kinds of Chinese herbs.The total freque-ncy was15614times.65kinds medicine accounted for97.28%of the all usedmedicines,their frequency was above20times.There are45kinds medicine tha-t common used,accounting for92.94%of the all used medicines,their frequency was above50times. commonly used drugs by Instructors areSilkworm,Cicada,shells,Phragmites,Walnuts,Fritillaria,Fago,aster,flowers,Coltsfoot,Orange network,Houttuynia,Tinglizi,Orange,Sea clam shell,Taurus root. resolving phlegm PingCh-uan cough medicine accounting for31.74%was the most in all.the second Cat-egory is promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis drugs, Drug de-toxification.medicine property Mainly is cold and cool.herbal taste of bitter,swe-et and Xin are most commonly used.Drugs were classified by Lung.The clusteranalysis shows that there are three clustering prescriptions, and eight groupsof commonly used couple drugs.Conclusion:From the gender distribution about lobar pneumonia in children,Theincidence of men is more than women.in Proportions of different ages to be c-ompared,The disease mainly occurs in3to7years of age,next is in0to3y-ears of age,and the trend tend to younger age.The disease occurs mainly in wi-nter,but its incidence is aslo not uncommon in Summer.The rate of Phlegm he-at obstrueting the lung syndrome is the most In syndromes distribution.the pro-portion of blood stasis syndrome is not uncommon.Phlegm and blood stasis isa major factor in the pathogenesis of this disease.Frequency analysis showed th-at the drug treatment is relatively concentrated.Use frequency the top15goutdrug, which in turnforSilkworm,Cicada,shells,Phragmites,Walnuts,Fritillaria,Fago,a-sterflowers,Coltsfoot,Orange network,Houttuynia,Tinglizi,Orange,Sea clam shell,T-aurus root.medicine property Mainly is cold and cool.herbal taste of bitter,swee-t and Xin are most commonly used.Drugs were classified by Lung.The resultsof drug class show that Professor Zhao Kun medication mainly involves resolvi-ng phlegm PingChuan cough medicine,promoting blood circulation and removin-g blood stasis drugs and Drug detoxification.The results confirmed that Pathog-enesis Features Include heat,Toxic,phlegm and Stasis.The cluster analysis showsthat there are three clustering prescriptions, and eight groups of commonly u -sed couple drugs.Therapy involves unobstructed qi and resolving phlegm,Detoxif-ication, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.The results ofc-luster analysis consistent with drug frequency analysis.
