Clinical Research Of Kuijieguanchang Decoction By Coloclysis In The Treatment Of Hot And Humid Wenjie With Ulcerative Colitis

Object: observe the result of kuijieguanchang decoction by coloclysis in the treatmentof with hot and humid Wenjie ulcerative colitis,and explore the mechanism,in order toprovide an objective basis for clinical application.Methods:50patients were randomly selected from April,2012to September2013inhenan Province Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,that were confirmed UC byelectronic colonoscopy,and in traditional chinese medcine they were classified as hotand humid Wenjie.All cases were randomly divided into two groups,both25cases.Thebasic data of gender,age,degree of seriousness,the course of disease in two groupshave no significant difference (P>0.05). The treatment group were griven200ml liquidof kuijieguanchang decoction in the night.The control group were givenxilei san and200ml normal saline.The treatment group and the control group were both retent ionenema one time every day for15days in the night,Then the clinical follow-up wasperformed in3months.In the end,the symptoms,signs,the changes of intestinal mucosaunder colonoscopy, the Recurrence,the data wre collected,and analysised.Results:1.20cases were markedly improved in treatment group,4cases effective,1cases effectiveness,and total effective rate is96.00%.In the control group,14casespowerfully improved,7cases effective,and4cases effectiveness, the total effective rate84.00%.The differences of effective rate in two groups is statistical significant;2.Thetreatment group have a better improvment compared with the control group in TCMsyndrome,such as abdominal pain, diarrhea, rectal tenesmus, burning pain in anus, anddifference is significant(P<0.05);3.The effective rate of treatment group in thechanges of intestinal mucosa under colonoscopy is96.00％,control group is80.00％,and there were statistical difference(P<0.05);4.The patients,that showed effectiveresults,were followed up in3months after the therapy in order to know theRecurrence,and the Recurrence of the treatment group is better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Kuijieguanchang decoction can widely used clinically in curing hot andhumid Wenjie ulcerative colitis,because it can obviously improve the inflammation ofintestinal mucosa,has less adverse reaction and recurrence.
