The Clinical Study Of Wendubushen Pills Combined With Western Medicines In Treating Yang Deficiency Type Ankylosing Spondylitis

Objective: by observing the effect of which, the patient evaluation for Condition, pain score,Bath ankylosing spondylitis disease activity index (BASDAI), Bath ankylosing spondylitis functional index (BASFI), occiput to wall distance, refers to the ground, and blood sedimentation (ESR) of Wendubushen pills combined with western medicines treat Yang deficiency type ankylosing spondylitis(AS), to evaluate its clinical efficacy.Methods:51cases outpatient service patient from the department of rheumatism and bone disease in henan province hospital are randomly divided into two groups, patients who are Yang deficiency type AS. The Experimental group is26cases, which are given Wendubushen pills+Sulfasalazine Enteric-coated Tablets (SSZ)+Loxoprofen Sodium Tablets. the control group is25cases, which are given SSZ+Loxoprofen Sodium Tablets. the course of treatment is3months. Respectively before and after treatment, to record the change of the patient evaluation for Condition, pain score, BASDAI, BASFI, occiput to wall distance, refers to the ground, and ESR about the two groupsˊs patients, and make statistical analysis by adopting SPSS21.0data for data.Results:1.comparison in the group: the patient evaluation for Condition, pain score, BASDAI, BASFI, refers to the ground, and ESR, which were improved significantly after treatment than before treatment in the two groups,(P<0.05); occiput to wall distance has no obvious improvement,(P>0.05).2.Comparison between groups: the patient evaluation for condition, pain score, BASDAI, and BASFI, which were improved significantly the treatment group than the control group obviously after treating,(P<0.05); occiput to wall distance, refers to the ground, and ESR, whichhave no statistical differences,(P>0.05).3.The curative effect of two groups contrast: the integral of Chinese medicine symptom, TheExperimental group is96%, the control group is88%, the experimental group curative effectis better than that of control group,(P<0.05).4.Reaching the standard for ASAS20, The Experimental group is22, control group is16, theexperimental group curative effect is better than that of control group,(P<0.05). Conclusion: The curative effect of Wendubushen pills combined with western medicines treat Yang deficiency type AS is sure, more superior than that of control group which pure western medicine.
