Works done in our hospital to shorten average length of sta y of patients with pemphigus is worthy of recognition, but th ere are still some deficiencies need to be improved.3.The diag nosis of Pemphigus is still challenging, appropriate measures need to be taken to improve the clinical diagnostic level of pathology and i mmunofluorescence, and to avoid missing the timing of treatment.4."Spl een deficiency" and "wet" are important features of Chinese medicine in the pathogenesis of pemphigus. Flexible use of "promoting diuresis and In vigorating spleen" is an important means of Chinese medicine in the treatm ent of pemphigus. Diuresis medicine, antipyretic, tonifying drug and drug s that are used in removing blood stasis syndrome are several kinds of co mmon drugs used in traditional Chinese medicine treatment of pemphigus.5.
