Chemical Studies On The Fat-soluble Conversion Products Of Swertiamarin By Heating In Water

Swertiamarin is is the main water soluble components of Swertiamileensis. And it is the primary ingredients and active ingredients of theswertia medicinal plants. This paper was supported by the National ScienceFoundation of China(Grant No.81060338).Swertiamarin was extracted of50%or more freeze-drying components from the water quenching of Swertiamileensis.While it can not detected in the extraction by hot water.After heating water6h,Swertiamarin produce water-soluble part andfat-soluble part. This study showed that the compound swerliactone A,swerliact-one E,swerliactone F is the first time isolated from the water heattransfer products of Swertiamarin. The team members have from17compounds were isolated from fat soluble part, most of these compoundshave certain anti hepatitis activity and immune inhibitory activity.With teammembers、compound isolated from the converted products, analysis andcomparison from the ethanol compounds Swertia mileensis were isolatedfrom a comprehensive analysis and comparison, a large part of thecompounds are consistent. In additon, we summarized the research progress of plantresources,chemical compositions,analytical methods and pharmacologicalactivities on the Yunnan Gentianaceae consulting the literatures.
