Clinical Study Of Hilling Yishen Decoction Treating Spleen And Kidneydeficiency Type Of Primary Nephrotic Syndrome

Objective: There is clinical observation and research from "earth Yishen Decoction"in the treatment of spleen and kidney deficiency type of primary nephrotic syndrome,objective evaluation of hilling Yishen Decoction on spleen and kidney deficiency typeprimary nephrotic syndrome treatment.Methods: Selection of spleen and kidney deficiency type primary nephrotic syndromepatients with60cases, using the single blind method, according to randomizedcontrolled trials, divide into experimental group and control group,30cases of testgroup,30cases in the control group. The control group with prednisone acetate andconventional symptomatic treatment, the test group of prednisone and conventionalsymptomatic treatment in acetic acid on the use of "earth Yishen Decoction" in thetreatment of.4weeks to1course of treatment, observation of24weeks. Observedbefore and after treatment, the test group and the control group of clinical symptomsand laboratory indexes (such as plasma albumin, urine protein, blood lipid,24hurinary protein quantitative change).Results: Before treatment the test group, patients in control group and TCMsyndrome score, course of disease, age, gender, no significant difference; after24weeks of treatment (the control group the total effective rate was66.77%, totaleffective rate of the experimental group of93%), the test group compared with thecontrol group had significant difference (P <0.05); the test group to improve theclinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine (Yaoxisuanruan, lassitude, anorexia,pale complexion, swelling), the improvement of related laboratory index (triglyceride,total cholesterol, serum albumin,24hours urine protein, urine protein), the effect isbetter than that of control group (P <0.05).Conclusions: In the improvement of clinical symptoms, signs, laboratory analysis, experimental group is better than the control group.
