Clinical Observation Of Yishen Huoxue Huashi Decoction In The Treatment Of CKD2-3a Proteinuria Of Spleen And Kidney Deficiency And Dampness And Blood Stasis Type

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Yishen Huoxue Huashi Decoction in the treatment of chronic kidney disease(CKD)2-3a proteinuria by observing the clinical efficacy of 30 cases of chronic kidney disease(CKD)2-3a proteinuria with spleen and kidney deficiency,dampness and blood stasis syndrome,and to provide an effective treatment plan for traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic renal failure(CRF).MethodsThirty patients with chronic kidney disease from March 2021 to April 2022 in the period of 2 – 3a were observed in the outpatient department of nephrology of Nangang Branch of Heilongjiang Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The patients were treated with Yishen Huoxue Huashi Decoction on the basis of self-control before and after treatment for eight weeks.The related laboratory indexes,TCM syndrome score and adverse reactions of the subjects before and after treatment were recorded.All data were statistically analyzed by medical statistical software SPSS26.0,and P < 0.05 indicated that there was statistical difference.Results1.Statisticalanalysisofobservationindicators:24hurinaryprotein,serumalbumin,serumcrea tinine,bloodureanitrogen,serumcystatin,glomerularfiltrationrateandotheraspectsaftertreatment comparedwithbeforetreatment,significantlyimproved,p0.05,nostatisticalsignificance;2.Statisticalanalysisofclinicalefficacy:accordingtothediseaseefficacyofurinaryproteinand serumalbumin,theoveralleffectiveratewas92.8%;accordingtothediseaseefficacyofserumcreati nine,theoveralleffectiveratewas89.2%;theoveralleffectiverateofsymptomefficacywas92.8%;3.Safetyevaluation:Patientsinthetreatmentprocessdidnotappearobviousadversereactions.Conclusion:1 TCM symptomatic treatment can improve the clinical symptoms of CKD2-3a patients2 TCM symptomatic treatment can effectively reduce 24-hour urinary protein in CKD2-3a patients.3 Treatment of proteinuria can delay the progression of CKD2-3a,improve renal function,and reduce serum creatinine and urea nitrogen levels.4 Symptomatic treatment of proteinuria can increase glomerular filtration rate and control the progress of chronic kidney disease.The earlier the chronic kidney disease is,the better the treatment is,but it does not reverse chronic renal failure...
