| ObjectiveThrough the double-blind prospective randomized controlled clinical design, this study was able to compare two groups’(Cervix Kang and Recombinant Human Interferon α-2b Gel) clinical curative effect of high-risk cervical HPV infection.Methods100subjects were randomly divided into2groups. The experimental group with50patients was treated with Cervical Kang, while the other group named control group was treated with Recombinant Human Interferon α-2b Gel. Drugs were coated on the subjects’cervix by drug regulators for three menstrual cycles. One month after the treatment, subjects were required to return to hospital in order to compare two groups’clinical curative effect of high-risk cervical HPV infection.Results1、After treatment, there is no significant statistical difference between experimental group and control group in darkening rate of high-risk HPV. The cure rate and effective rate of experimental group are46%and22%respectively, and which of control group are52%and18%respectively.2、Anterior-posterior treatment, there is significant statistical difference between Cervical Kang group and Recombinant Human Interferon a-2b Gel group in Cervical columnar epithelium eversion. The cure rate and effective rate of experimental group are30%and58%respectively, and which of the other group are18%and46%respectively.3、Anterior-posterior treatment, there is significant statistical difference between experimental group and control group in integral of TCM syndrome. The cure rate, effective rate and improvement rate of experimental group are30%,34%and28%respectively while those of control group are12%,18%and18%respectively.ConclusionCervix Kang in the treatment of high-risk cervical HPV infection can not only effectively alleviate the symptoms and signs, but also make the HPV disappeared. |
