Objective Rats acquired through the process of change pectus excavatum arterialblood gas formation was observed, studied, in order to obtain sexual diseases pectusexcavatum change during the formation of the relationship between changes inrespiratory function and blood gas analysis between a more comprehensiveunderstanding. Methods Take the same batch nest40different4-week-old SD rats were randomlydivided into two experimental groups formed the experimental group pectusartificially cut through the lower third of the sternum cartilage next to the controlgroup was the control group, regular feeding, not treatment. Respectively after3d,1w,2w,4w, respectively, for each experimental group and the control group five five ratsafter arterial blood gas analysis and detection modeling is completed, the test resultsare t test analysis. Results Pectus excavatum surgery3d modeling and the experimental group1w bloodgas analysis index changed significantly compared with the control group, with themodeling pectus excavatum surgery over time, the basic shape of funnel chest rats, but after2w,4w blood gas analysis no obvious differences with the control group, which may be the body’s own mechanism for regulating acid-base balance. PH, PCO2,P (A-a) O2, after3d, the test results with the control group, the difference wasstatistically significant1w (P <0.05), PCO2, changes in P (A-a) O2to3d after the mostobvious, and then showed a gradually decreasing trend after2w and4w to have nosignificant difference (p>0.05) and normal control group.3d Lac detected aftercomparing with the control group was statistically significant (P <0.05), and PO2, SO2,HCO3-, BE, at each time point after comparison with the control group showed nosignificant difference (p>0.05).Conclusion Pectus excavatum surgery2w mold making subsidence due to the chestwall, chest volume decreases, thoracic and decreased lung compliance, increased lungairway resistance, alveolar oxygen content decreased uptake and CO2retention,resulting in respiratory acidosis, causing arterial the flesh PH, PCO2, O2, changes Lac indicators P (Aa) O2, as well as pectus excavatum stabilized respiratory mature rats, rat lung function compensatory adaptation, through the respiratory system and thekidneys themselves acid alkaline balance adjustment, the respiratory acidosis iscorrected, blood indicators tended to be normal, indicating that there may be varyingdegrees of lung damage and acid-base balance during the formation of funnel chest.
