| ObjectiveThrough clinical study of moxibustion with acupuncture treatment of erectile dysfunction, and further more to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety. This study used a randomized controlled study of methods to observe navel clinical efficacy with acupuncture moxibustion treatment of erectile dysfunction, provides reliable clinical evidence for the study of acupuncture treatment of erectile dysfunction.MethodsA total60cases of patients who meet criteria were distributed into2groups (moxibustion with acupuncture group and conventional acupuncture group). To observe the clinical efficacy by using IEFT-5table from patient symptoms and signs of the treatment of erectile dysfunction.Treatment:①Acupoints:RN04x1, SP06x2, BL23x2.②Navel moxibustion.③Each treatment takes about30minutes, One month (10times) as a course of treatment. To evaluate statistical effect after2courses treatment. By using SPSS19.0software for statistical analysis, measurement data(x±s), t test, X2or ridit.Results.A total of75cases of patients, completed60cases,15cases of loss, After observing the IIEF-5table and5major clinical symptoms (chills, dizziness, insomnia, weakness, depresssion) in the test group and the control group before and after treatment. The light severe patients found the better clinical results after treatment, the more severe patients found worse clinical results after treatment.. In navel moxibustion with acupuncture group and the conventional acupuncture group could significantly improve the clinical symptoms of the patient. In five major clinical symptoms (chills, dizziness, insomnia, weakness, depresssion) had more significant degree of improvement.2patients felt dizziness during the treatment. The rest were no significant adverse affairs. And after statistical comparison, there was a significant difference between the two groups (p<0.05). Navel moxibustion with acupuncture therapy acupuncture to be superior to conventional therapy.Conclusion①Navel moxibustion with acupuncture treatment has better clinical efficacy rather than conventional treatment.②Current study of acupuncture treatment for ED is relatively weak, and its mechanism of action is not very clear, should have more emphasis on basic research.③The lack of objective assessment for ED.
