Clinical Study On Fu Zi Cake-Separated Moxibustion In Treating Primary Osteoporosis Of Cold-damp Coagulation Type

ObjectiveMany women experience menstrual cramps just before and during their menstrual periods, unbearable abdominal pain, lumbar acid, lower abdomen tenderness or other discomfort, and even impact study, live and work. This clinical study based on cold-damp coagulation type of primary osteoporosis patients, selected Shiqizhui point and uterus point, used Fu Zi cake-Separated Moxibustion therapies to evaluate the curative effect and clinical value.MethodsIn total,60patients were enrolled in this prospective randomized controlled research project. The patients were randomly divided into two groups, and30case, using Fu Zi cake-Separated Moxibustion, the others, taking Chinese medicine. Both groups received course of treatment for three menstrual cycles. Then the total effect and scores of symptoms and sings were compared before and after treatment. recorder entered the collected information into the computer, using software packages SPSS17.0management and statistical analysised.ResultsBefore the patients accepted the treatment program. The total frequency score were recorded, and the differences were not statistical significance. But after treatment, the total frequency score were decreased, and the treatment group remarkably. The statistics analysis showed that the method of Fu Zi cake-Separated Moxibustion effectively shorten the sustaining duration of pain, attenuate the pain, and improvement of clinical symptoms,three menstrual cycles later, in the treatment group,7cases were completely cured, significantly improved in17cases, and improved in3cases, no-effective in3case. While in the control group,3cases were completely cured, significantly improved in10cases, and improved in10cases, no-effective in7cases. The overall effective rate was90.00%for treatment group and76.67%for control group, the treatment group is much better than control group, which had obvious difference (P<0.05)ConelusionIn the study, Fu Zi cake-Separated Moxibustion is used to treat Primary Osteoporosis of cold-damp coagulation type, effectively shorten the sustaining duration of pain, attenuate the pain, and improvement of clinical symptoms. Fuzi cake-separated moxibustion therapy efficacy in treatment of Primary Osteoporosis of cold-damp coagulation type, worthy of promotion.
