Objective: Analyze the influence factors of the type2diabetes patients withdepression, for example the personality, coping styles, social support and quality of life, inthe hope of providing the basis of empirical science for health education of the type2diabetes patients with depression.Methods: Apply literature analysis method to carry on retrospective analysis byreviewed the domestic and foreign pertinent literature of Type2diabetes with depression;Apply the questionnaire to the medical and psychological experts to dressmaker sure theinfluence factors. Then investigate the289persons of Type2diabetes, using the depressionscale, Eysenck personality questionnaire, social support scale, coping style scale, quality oflife scale and the General situation questionnaire. Input the data into SPSS11.5database,and carry on the t test, X2test and Logistic regression analysis, finally establishes themodel of depression factors for the type2diabetes patients.Results:1.289type2diabetes patients finally intend to be the object of study according to theinclusion criteria. Average age of289in type2diabetes patients is52.10±5.36. Male152(52.60%), Female137(47.40%), Married198(68.51%), Unmarried11(3.80%), Divorced19(6.57%), Death of a spouse61(21.11%), Primary school level and below45(15.57%);junior high achoo l73(25.26%), High school or technical secondary school89(30.80%);College graduate or above82(28.37%).2.83patients of the289subjects with different degrees of depression make up28.72%.The number of people with mild depression is32,make up11.07%;The number ofpeople with moderately severe depression is51,making up17.65%.3. Type2diabetes patients in the depression and non-depression group are statisticallysignificant differences (P <0.05) in age, gender, educational level, The per capita monthlyhousehold income, course, glycated hemoglobin levels, there was no statistically significant difference in terms of marital status (P>0.05).4. There is no statistically significant difference of the results P scale eysenckpersonality scale analysis in Type2diabetes patients between depression andnon-depression group (P>0.05), shows that there is no significant difference inmentalquality between the two groups of patients; there is no statistically significant difference (P>0.05) in E scale. N scale difference is statistically significant (P <0.01), shows that thedepression group patients relative to the non-depression group, the emotional ups anddowns is bigger, belongs to emotionally unstable personality.5. The social support scores (33.28±5.36) of depression group is lower than thenon-depression group (33.28±4.76)in type2diabetes patients, the difference is statisticallysignificant (P <0.01). To compare and analyze the three dimensions of social support scalescore, results show that there are no statistically significant difference between two groupsof the subjective dimension of support (P>0.05), The differences between the objectivesupport dimension and the social support utilization is statistically significant (P <0.01).6. By the analysis of the coping style, the group of depression and un-depression oftype2diabetes have the significant difference between the positive and negative attitude(P<0.01).7. Survival quality of type2diabetes patients, depression group comprehensive scoreis lower than the depression group, the difference is statistically significant (p <0.01); Thedepression group and the un-depression group, in the four areas of living quality, thephysiological field, psychological field, society and environment, have the statisticalsignificance difference (p <0.01).8. Unconditional logistic-regression analysis is used to analyze the influentialfactors,variables includes age, education level, duration, glycated hemoglobin levels, socialsupport score, quality of life score.9. Nervosity, social support, life quality, positive response and negative responseinfluence the depressed situation of diabetes directly. The introversion-extroversion andpsychoticism influence the patients indirectly. Conclusions:1. Depression of type2diabetes patiere at a higher rate, and the depressive emotionhas a great effect of the treatment.2. We should launch the screening of the diabetes, so we can find it timely, and carryout the health education for them.3. Age, disease course and glycated hemoglobin levels are the dangerous factors ofthe diabetes’ depressive emotion. Education, social support and quality of life are theprotective factors of the depressive emotion.
