Analysis Of3008Emergency Death Cases In Yanbian Area

Objects:Improving. the efficiency and reduce the mortality of patients with emergency rescue, analyzing emergency patients died15years of yanbian area and Understanding the cause of death in patients with emergency critical condition.Methods:Analyze the cause of death according to the different ethnic and gender by collecting death data for3008patients from1996to2010in our hospital emergency department,every five years for a period of time.Results:3008Korean in1915, the han nationality in1093cases,1840cases of male, female1168cases, the male to female ratio is1.58:1.The cause of death includes cerebrovascular disease1457cases (48.4%), cardiovascular disease,510cases (17.0%),453cases of sudden death (15.1%), trauma,387cases (12.9%), poisoning201cases (6.6%).Death patients are aged from1to99years old, and the majority were elderly patients (51.76%).As the change of time, all the Korean death in patients with cerebrovascular disease, cardiovascular disease, and all kinds of poisoning factors show a trend of decline (P<0.05); Male death in patients with cerebrovascular disease, cardiovascular disease, trauma, and poisoning factor show a trend of decline (P<0.05).Conclusion:1. Yanbian area before three emergency death is cerebrovascular disease, cardiovascular disease, sudden death;In recent years, the male patients with emergency death the composition of the heart, cerebrovascular diseases, trauma and poisoning show a downward trend, the Korean emergency death in patients with heart, cerebrovascular diseases and poisoning show a downward trend. 2.The elderly proportion is higher (60or higher); The male is significantly higher than female in elderly group.
