Objective:To investigate the efficacy through clinical observation Chaiqin Shudan soup treatment of chronic cholecystitis.Methods:Clinical selection of patients with chronic cholecystitis met the inclusion criteria,40cases were randomly divided into Chaiqin Shudan Xiaoyanlidan Treated group and control group,20cases in each piece. Both groups two weeks for treatment. Before and after treatment were right hypochondriac, right upper quadrant tenderness, bloating, nausea, belching, tired of greasy food, the mouth waiting for the clinical symptoms and imaging ultrasound. B (including rough gallbladder wall thickness, size and gallbladder gallbladder through sound) aspects observed improvement of clinical symptoms in both groups, and the overall effect.Results:Clinical observations indicate that the treatment group, the total effective rate was95%in the control group, the total effective rate was65%, the total efficiency of the treatment group than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05). After treatment before each addition belching symptom score was significantly lower than before treatment outside, with a significant difference (P <0.05, P<0.01); Xie pain treatment in the control group, right upper quadrant tenderness, bloating, pain in the symptom score difference there was statistically significant (P<0.05, P<0.01); treatment groups in improving Xie pain, right upper quadrant tenderness, belching symptoms than the control group (P<0.05, P<0.01); treatment group and the control group after treatment the total score was a significant difference (P <0.05). Comparing before and after the treatment of B-ultrasound of the gallbladder wall thickness of integration, integration between the two groups was statistically significant difference (p<0.01), the treatment group than the control group. Conclusion:ChaiqinShudan soup treated the chronic cholecystitis with a significant effect.
