Objective:Investigate long-term high fat diet to structure insulin resistance of mouse, inject streptozotocin to induce model of T2DM in mouse, research changes ofT2DM different doses ofKorean medicine "qianjinwenwutang", triglyceride, total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein and insulin level.Methods:Feed eighty mice for a week, half male and half female, were randomly divided ten mice into normal fodder group, the seventy of remaining were fed high fat fodder and streptozotocin to induce T2DN diabetes. After finished modeling, were randomly divided into positive control group,Diabetic model group,and top medium, lower’ group of "qianjinwenwutang", each group is ten, half male and half female, Normal group andDiabetic model groupweregiven by gavagewith distilled water,positive control groupweregiven by gavage with rosiglitazone,The otherThree groups were treated with medicine, and the three groups were given by gavage for twenty-onedays. Observe effect of fasting blood glucose, triglyceride, total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein and insulin level of mouse. Use mean and standard deviation to express experiment data, statistical method use one way anova, P<0.05, it is statistically significant, use spss13.0statistical software to analyze result.Results:Long time high fat diet can structure insulin resistance, and inject low dose streptozotocin to induce model of T2DM in mouse. The mouse that fed high fat diet gained weight obviously, and weight loss was obviousafter modeling, but not obviously after treatment. After the modeling success, fasting blood glucose rose evidently, and urinary volume increased obviously, there were obvious differences between after treatment and before treatment of blood glucose decreasing, it is statistically significant(P<0.01). After treatment,compared with modelgroup,the differentlevelsgroup of "qianjinwenwutang", have improved insulin resistance, and triglyceride and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) both decreased, it is statistically significant(P<0.01). There was little changes of total cholesterol, and it is no statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion: By the analysis have found the cause ofT2DM is the result that variety factors combined action. Experiments show Korean medicine qianjinwenwutang can help type2diabetic patient to decrease blood glucose. Differentdoses ofthe drughas a direct relationship, bad eating habit for long time and obesity is the most fundamental reason of disease and cardiovascular disease. At the same time can improve insulin level, and improve sensitivity of insulin.
