| Objective:Using high-resolution CT (High-Resolution Computed Tomography (HRCT)) evaluated patients with type2diabetes, lung various radiological signs of change that may arise, and analyze the correlation of their gender, age, disease duration, glycated hemoglobin levels (HbAlC), fasting C-peptide (FC-P), two hours postprandial C-peptide (postprandial2hC-P), related complications, and analysis of gender, age, disease duration, glycated hemoglobin levels (HbA1C), fasting C-peptide (FC-P), two hours postprandial C-peptide (postprandial2hC-P) the correlation between the groups, for the clinical assessment illness, prognosis provide favorable information. Methods:Collected in First People’s Hospital of Yunnan Province in September2012-December2013inpatients with type2diabetes endocrinology, all patients are in line with WHO (1999year) diagnostic criteria for diabetes. A total of138cases of patients for the study, the age group of68patients randomly selected normal control group. The experimental group was divided into gender groups, age groups, duration group, glycosylated hemoglobin group, fasting C-peptide group, two-hour postprandial C-peptide group, complication group; chest in patients with informed consent downlink high-resolution CT (HRCT) examination, using multiple independent samples nonparametric Kruskal-wallis (KW) rank test between groups were compared using the Wilcoxon rank sum test, multivariate analysis using multiple linear regression, statistical diabetes group sex, age group, duration group, glycated hemoglobin group, fasting C-peptide group, two-hour postprandial C-peptide group, complication group and the correlation between the abnormal pulmonary imaging findings and draw a scatter plot between univariate and CT visual score and do Spearman rank correlation analysis.Results:(1) randomized control group of102patients with normal chest HRCT findings in97cases,2case of Ground-glass opacities, reticulocyte shadow three cases (one case in which the pleura off line, septal thickening two case); experimental group,207patients chest HRCT was normal in21patients; Ground-glass opacities33cases occurred; reticulocyte shadow186cases occur in which the performance of the pleura off the assembly line in72cases,174cases of septal thickening, intralobular interstitial thickening in42cases, interstitial Summary section42cases, bronchial perivascular interstitial thickening39cases; this group were detected in cell lung and bronchiectasis one case, without making statistical analysis.(2) independent sample analysis, gender, age, and CT visual score relations, the difference was not statistically significant (p>0.05); glycated hemoglobin in the ground-glass opacity and HRCT visual score correlated (p<0.05), and reticulocyte shadow and CT total score (p>0.05), the difference was not statistically significant; course, complications, and CT visual score was positively correlated (p<0.05); fasting C-peptide, C-peptide and two hours after a meal CT visual score negatively correlated (p<0.05).(3) Multiple linear regression multivariate analysis, into the equation are:duration, complications, FC-P, postprandial2hCrP. Have lung changes in the severity of diabetes regression equation to predict:y=3.683+0.117X1-1.559X2-0.549X3+0.588X4(X1=duration, X2=FC-P, X3=postprandial2hC-P, X4=complications). Partial regression coefficients from standard symbols look, duration, complications are described:the longer the duration, the higher the score the complications, the more serious signs of T2DM lung HRCT changes and changes in the value of the course to predict the severity of pulmonary T2DM is higher than complications; FC-P, postprandial2hC-P is negative description of FC-P, the lower the postprandial2hC-P value, the more severe type2diabetes signs of lung HRCT changes and postprandial2hC-P predicted T2DM lungs severity of changes in value higher than FC-P.(4) scatterplot between univariate and CT visual score and do Spearman rank correlation analysis, duration, complications scatter plot into an increasing trend, and the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05); FC-P, meals after2hC-P scatterplot into a decreasing trend, the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05).Conclusions:(1) High-resolution CT can be used to assess changes in the lungs of type2diabetes;(2) changes in type2diabetes lung HRCT signs include ground glass, reticular shadow (including septal thickening, intralobular interstitial thickening, bronchial perivascular interstitial thickening, pleural offline, interstitial nodules), honeycombing, bronchiectasis and other performance; and frequency of reticulocytes shadow above ground glass;(3) changes in type2diabetes and lung disease duration group, glycated hemoglobin group, fasting C-peptide group, two-hour postprandial C-peptide group, group-related complications;(4) can be y=3.683+0.117X1-1.559X2-0.549X3+0.588X4(X1=duration, X2=FC-P, X3=postprandial2hC-P, X4=complications) predicted lung type2diabetes change score. |
