The Clinical Research Of The Ischemic Complications Of Neurovascular Intervention

Objective Retrospect for the patient’s cases of ischemic complications of neurovascular intervention, analyze on occurrence and relevant factors of the complications, and then talk about the measurement of complications, can provide the theoretical support for patients who need neurovascular interventions, further accumulate the clinic experience, then lower the occurrence incidence of ischemic complications following neurovascular interventions and to improve the prognosis.Materials and methods First of all, the clinical materials of32patients having interventional operations between2008January to2014March by our departmen were researched on, including20cases of endovascular embolization of intracranial aneurysms takeing62.5percent,7cases of endovascular embolization of cAVM occupying21.9percent, another5cases which are cerebral vascular stenosis taking about15.6percentage. Then the occurrence of ischemic complications, the prognosis and follow-up results were retrospectively analyzed. Last but not least, assuming the safety and curing effect of the treatment strategies to ischemic complications according to patient’s prognosis will be experimented.Results2cases of20in IAN group dead,3cases have permanent neurological dysfunction; in cAVM group,1of the7patients dead,2have permanent neurological dysfunction; while,1of the5cases in As group dead. Radiological follow-up:among all of the patients of the inviting, the parent arteries of patients in IAN are fluent, smooth, and doesn’t have reoccurrence; in AS group,1case of in-stent restenosis is found, and1late stent thrombosis too, there is no case of stent migration or collapse; Arteriovenous malformation recanalization were not found in cAVM group.Conclusion In order to promote the cure rate of nerve intervenient treatment, and reduce the occurrence of the complications, efficient operational skills are equipped first of all. What’s more, choosing the proper operation, closely supervising and offering the relevant medical recipe in a right way according to the patient’s specific condition are also a must.
