Objective: Patients with osteoarthritis of unicompartmental knee arthroplasty werepostoperative radiographic evaluation and clinical score, to study the relationshipbetween imaging and clinical effect of prosthesis angle, carries on the analysis to thereason of malposition and explore the improvement scheme. Methods: retrospective analysis of2013April to2013October,15patients (19knees) unicompartmental arthroplasty postoperative patients of relevant information, toX-ray check sheet measuring limb femoral prosthesis flip angle (Aangle), femoralprosthesis flexion angle (B angle), tibial plateau varus and valgus angle (E angle), tibialangle (F angle), and the postoperative knee function was assessed (HSS score), therelationship between the use of statistical methods of angle and operation effect.Results:1.the average follow-up was after3.8months, until at last follow-up HSSwith an average of89.37points, compared with preoperative HSS averaged55.63points had significant difference, the excellent and good rate was100%.2.of all patientswith19knee radiographs measuring Aangle-16°~+4°,-5.16°on average, close tothe target value-5°. E angle-8°~+6°,-2.42°average. Lateral radiographs measuringB angle-10°~+10°,-2.37°average. F angle+3°~+10°,+5.79°average.3.B angleand E angle variation rate is high, the most prone to error. B angle normal range of-5 °~+10°, within the13knees, HSS averaged90.23points, abnormal in6knees, HSSaveraged87.50points, B angle of normal and abnormal group there were significantdifferences in HSS score, B score of HSS was higher than that of normal group cornerangle B abnormal group. E angle normal range of-5°~+5°, within the10knees, HSSaveraged90.50points, abnormal in9knees, HSS averaged88.11points, E angle ofnormal and abnormal group there was no significant difference in HSS score. There wasno significant correlation between B in all patients during the follow-up period, angle, Eangle and HSS score. Conclusion: femoral prosthesis flexion angle (B angle) and tibial plateau angle (Eangle) mutation rate is high, the most prone to error, should be strictly controlledprosthesis placed angle of0°B angle, the target value (-5°~+10°), E angle targetvalue (-5°~+5°). B angle values between-5°~+10°, more satisfactory clinical effect.Short term follow-up all patients in the B angle and E angle values had no significantcorrelation with the postoperative HSS score.
