The Study Of EEG To Evaluate The Effects Of Large Brief Group Psychological Intervention

Objective:This study aimed to assess the effects of large brief group psycho-logical intervention from the subjective and objective aspects.1To investigate the effect and significance of large brief group psychological intervention to improve the members of emotions;2To explore the possibility of EEG data as objective indicators to evaluate the effect of group intervention. Meaning:to increase assess group psy-chological intervention and made the psychological intervention become more scien-tific and standardized.Methods:Using a randomized control group, the experimental group pretest measured experimental design, the experimental group for group psychological in-tervention group, the control group music were music therapy group and the blank control group. Used questionnaire and experimental method to assess the effect of group psychological intervention form subjective and objective aspects.Results:1、Different types of interventions had the different changes in EEG. Group psychological intervention made the trial EEG increase in<x2wave relative power, reduction in8wave,θ wave and (31wave of relative power; made the music therapy group subjects EEG relative power reduction and al-wave relative power in the (3waves increases; reduced increase in the relative power of the blank control group θ-band and a2-wave relative power.2、group psychological intervention could reduce the negative emotions and in-crease well-being. The music therapy group and the blank control group did not change.Conclusions:1、the research added to evaluate group further mental state the objective index sign of the intervention, corroborated the curative effect of large brief group again.2、the research hint that the large short distance group mental state intervention can promote the improvement function status of brain, it is better than other ways.3、the research hint the brain give or get an electric shock the variety that the opposite power of each wave band is worth can good respond to be tried of the varie-ty of emotion variety and mental status, hint can be evaluate group mental state inter-vention of a kind of method.
