ObjectiveTo explore the application value of two dimensional ultrasound and four-dimensional ultrasound in diagnosis of fetal cleft lip and palate, further improve the detection rate of fetal cleft lip and cleft palate ultrasound, provide more reference value for the diagnosis, prognosis of cleft lip and cleft palate.MethodsThe use of GE Voluson E8color Doppler ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus,2D2.0-5.0MHz probe, probe frequency2.0-8.0MHz4D, support4D mode.2012January to2014March in Shanxi Hospital of Obstetrics and Gynecology color ultrasonic room prenatal ultrasound examination after49cases of suspected fetal cleft lip and palate, joint four-dimensional ultrasound further examination, according to the2D and4D image information of the cleft lip and palate type, location, indexing of diagnostic records, the patients were followed up for1-3months.Results49cases of fetal cleft lip and cleft palate, cleft lip in14cases,2D ultrasound diagnosed13cases, the detection rate of92.8%,4D ultrasound diagnosed14cases, the detection rate of100%.35cases of cleft lip and palate, including33cases of cleft lip and cleft palate,2D ultrasound diagnosed23cases, the detection rate of69.6%,25cases of4D ultrasound diagnosis, the detection rate of75.7%;2cases of cleft lip and cleft palate in the fetus is incomplete,2D and4D were not detected.37cases of unilateral cleft lip and palate,5cases of misdiagnosis of3cases of misdiagnosis of2D,4D,12cases of non unilateral cleft lip and palate,2D7cases,4D1cases misdiagnosed.Conclusions1.2D combined with4D in diagnosis of cleft lip and palate has more advantages than2D ultrasound.2. Diagnosis of2D cleft lip and cleft lip with ultrasound in the diagnosis of isolated cleft palate not much difference between, combined4D with complete cleft palate for cleft lip accuracy improved significantly.3. Diagnosis of2D ultrasound and4D ultrasound in cleft lip is not complete cleft palate is the lack of sufficient evidence, the application of ultrasonic diagnosis of other modes are feasible for further study.
