Objective:To explore the value of Dual-source computed tomography (DSCT) inspection methods in the diagnosis of bladder carcinoma, and to propose an improved protocol for CT examination in bladder carcinoma cases. Methods:A total of32patients were diagnosed bladder carcinoma.DSCT, including unenhanced scan and enhancement scans (artery phase, venous phase, equilibrium phase, and excretory phase), was performed with an adequately distended bladder for32patients who were clinically suspected of bladder carcinoma. All patients were fast8hour in convention.Drinking1000-1500mL water before the CT inspection methods, and then your bladder be filled with urine. On the MPR images generated from the volumetric data of the different phases, various locations of the bladder wall were observed in turn. The location, size, and the number of the lesions, were recorded. Results:Clinical data of32patients were analyzed. The detection rate of unenhanced MPR. artery phase MPR, venous phase MPR, equilibrium phase MPR, and excretory phase MPR were68.52%,88.89%,92.59%,90.74%,94.44%. The detection rate of unenhanced MPR was lower than that of the other means (P<0.05).We can say significant each other in statistics. The rate of unenhanced MPR, artery phase MPR, venous phase MPR, equilibrium phase MPR, and excretory phase MPR were significance. Conclusion:DSCT is a safe, noninvasive and effective method in diagnosis of bladder carcinoma that covers the entire urinary system.DSCT should be done to cover the entire urinary system when the bladder was rilled with urine.Venous phase MPR, and excretory phase MPR are safe and reliable diagnostic methods for the clinical examination of bladder carcinoma.
