Analysis On Correlation Between Homocysteine And Hypertensive Disorders In Pregnancy

Object:To explore the homocysteine (homocysteine, HCY) relations with hypertensive disorders in pregnancy.Evaluation of HCY on hypertensive disorders in pregnancy of the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of clinical significance, that provide the basis of the experimental theory for clinical diagnose and understand the illness, control illness development, in order that prolong the hypertensive disorders in pregnancy in patients with gestational weeks and reduce its incidence.Methods:Choice in January2013to February2014hospitalized in our hospital or outpatient of normal early pregnant women in30^normal second-trimester30pregnant women、normal third trimester pregnant women30(group A);60patients with gestational hypertension diseases (group B), including preeclampsia60cases (mild32cases, severe28cases); The unpregnancy health check-up30(group C). Three groups were (26.3±6.7) years old, all subjects without complications such as primary hypertension, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, no liver and kidney diseases ect. Within two weeks before sampling,who did not give folic acid and vitamin B12treatment in addition to the normal diet, ages have no statistical significance between groups. Because the pregnant women take folic acid during first trimester pregnancy, this is for your reference only.Using enzyme-linked immunoassay detection of plasma Hcy.Results:(1) Normal pregnancy women of Hcy levels declined with the increase of the gestational weeks.(2) The hypertensive disorders in pregnancy of pregnant women of Hcy levels with the severity of the illness, is on the rise.①Patients with mild preeclampsia Hcy levels in the high normal range values;②Hcy levels of severe preeclampsia patients are higher than the normal range.(3) The unpregnancy health check-up plasma Hcy were in normal range, and the levels of Hcy are higher than normal pregnancy women group, but lower than the group of hypertensive disorders in pregnancy.
