Objective:To study the effect of early dynamic of interlocking intramedullary nail in promoting the healing and controlling the bad situation of patients with tibial fracture.Methods:78patients with tibial fracture in our hospital from January2011to December2012were selected as research object, and78cases were randomly divided into control group (routine interlocking intramedullary nail treatment group)39cases and observation group (early dynamic of interlocking intramedullary nail group)39cases, then the Rasmussen score of different AO/ASIF types and bad situation rate, serum VEGF, EGF, foot nailfold microcirculation before and after the treatment of two groups were compared. Results:The Rasmussen score of observation group with different AO/ASIF types were all better than those of control group, bad situation rates were lower than those of control group, serum VEGF, EGF, foot nailfold microcirculation were obviously better than those of control group too, all P<0.05, there were all significant differences. Conclusion:The early dynamic of interlocking intramedullary nail can not only effectively promote the healing of patients with tibial fracture, but also plays an active role in controlling the bad situation. |
