Objective:Evaluation the anxiety and depression emotional condition of childrenwith tic disorders; Discusses the factors involved in TD children’s emotional problems, providing theoretical basis for clinical psychological intervention and drug treatment.Methods:Choose74cases in TD group and41cases in normal control group. Thetwo group were evaluated the emotional state by The Screen for Child Anxiety RelatedEmotional Disorders (SCARED) and Depression Self-rating Scale for Children(DSRSC). The twitch severity of children in TD group was assessed by the Yale GlobalTic Severity Scale (YGTSS). The parents completed the general condition questionnaire, including family factors such as the parents’ cultural level, types of family, types ofrearing and so on. Comparing two groups of children generally anxiety and depressionscales by t test and chi-square test. Comparing TD children generally anxiety anddepression scales, by t test and single factor analysis of variance, in different sex anddifferent clinical type, twitch severity of anxiety. Pearson correlation was used toanalysis the correlation analysis of TD children’s anxiety and depression status and age, course of disease, tic severity and part of the family factors. Multiple linear regressionanalysis method to explore related factors influencing TD children’s the anxiety anddepression emotion state.Results:①TD children in the somatization/phobia, generalized anxiety, separation anxiety, social phobia, school phobia five factor score and anxiety, depression total score were higher than the control group, the difference was statisticallysignificant (P <0.05).②In TD group, the girls in somatization/panic, generalizedanxiety, separation anxiety, anxiety and depression total scores higher than TD group ofboys, social phobia factor scores below the boys, but the difference was not statisticallysignificant (P>0.05).③TD with ADHD group of children in generalized anxiety, separation anxiety, social phobia, school phobia four factor and anxiety, depression total scores higher than simple TD group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).④TTD group, CTD group, TS group, control group four groups overallcomparison: in somatization/panic, social phobia, school phobia, anxiety, depressiontotal scores, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The CTD and TSgroups appeared more obvious emotional problems than the control group, thedifference was statistically significant (P<0.05), while the TTD group and the controlgroup had no difference (P>0.05).⑤Comparing the TD children’s anxiety andDepression Scale under the different tic severity score comparison, moderate and severegroup of TD children in somatization/panic, generalized anxiety, separation anxiety, social phobia, school phobia five factor scores and anxiety, depression total score werehigher than the mild group, but the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).⑥Correlation analysis showed: age and generalized anxiety, social phobia werepositively correlated, course of disease and social phobia, anxiety scores positivelycorrelated, tic severity and somatization/panic, school phobia, anxiety, depressionscores positively correlated.⑦The multiple linear regression analysis showed: thecomorbid ADHD is the main factors that affect the total score of anxiety and depressionin TD children, TD children’s anxiety, depression and comorbid ADHD are positivecorrelation. Conclusion: TD children have obvious anxiety and depression emotional problems, and it is associated with the age, course of disease, clinical type, tic severity, whetherthe comorbid ADHD and other factors, including the comorbid ADHD is the mainfactors affecting TD children’s emotional problems.
