Objective:To investigate DWI in distinguishing benign and malignant breast lessions and the correlation between ADC (apparent diffusion coefficient)、rADC(relative apparent diffusion coefficient) and pathological prognostic factor Her-2.Methods:We collected A total of69women with breast cancer and60women with fibroadenoma.All the patients underwent MRI plain scan and DWI using1.5T MRI scanner; breast coil. Use AW4.3workstation to process the image.The Her-2expression condition of histological specimens were detected. ADC、rADC values for breast cancer group and fibroadenoma group underwent T test respectively. Correlations between ADC、rADC values and Her-2were determined using test.Results:The ADC value、rADC value of breast cancer group are (1.1495±0.1499)×10-3mm2/s、(0.6602±0.0853)×10-3mm2/s respectively. The ADC value、 rADC value of fibroadenoma group are (1.7658±0.1520)×10-3mm2/s、(0.8782±0.1278)×10-3mm2/s respectively.The differences of ADC values、rADC values between the two groups are statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no correlation of the ADC value with Her-2expression in breast cancer (P=0.162).However there was a significant correlation of the rADC value with Her-2expression in breast cancer (P=0.007).Conclusion:ADC value and rADC value have the value in dignosing breast cancer.rADC value eliminate the individual differences to some extent. Therefore, compared with ADC value, there is a better correlation between rADC value and Her-2.
