Clinical Observation Of High Glucose Combining With Multivitamins In The Treatment Of Corneal Edema After Cataract Phacoemulsification

【Objective】To investigate the effect of high glucose combining with multivitaminsin the treatment of corneal edema after cataract phacoemulsification.【Method】 Taking randomized controlled trials, All patients(234eyes from156patients) who suffered the corneal edema after phacoemulsification were dividedinto two groups randomly． The medicine treatments were the same (includetobramycin and dexamethasone eye drops, eye ointment and sodium carboxymethylcellulose eye drops) in the control group，except that recombinant human epidermalgrowth factor (rhEGF) eye drops were used for patients whose corneal edema in1to2level and not in3to4level. The conventional treatment of the two group were thesame, except that50%glucose mixed vitamin C injection and fat emulsion mixedfat-soluble vitamins II injection were used for patients in the experimental group (121eyes) and not in the control group(113eyes)，and observed the corneal edemaresolution of the two group.【Result】1.Compared the resolution time of the corneal edema in1level in the twogroups, the difference was not statistically significant.2.The resolution time of thecorneal edema in2to3level in the experimental group was significantly shorter thanthe control group．【Conclusion】Compared with the control group, high glucose combining withmultivitamins treatment effectively promote the recovery of the corneal edema in2to3level after cataract phacoemulsification, and the resolution time of experimentalgroup significantly reduced．For the corneal edema in1level, two groups of treatmentof corneal edema faded effect has no obvious difference.
