Objective:To analyze the change of OAE,ABR,EcochG and PTA in tinnuts patientsand normal control subjects, explored causes of tinnitus and evaluated clinical indiagnosis of the patients with tinnitus.Methods:57(82ears) tinnitus patients underwent the following test:PTA,TEOAE,DPOAE,ABR and EcochG.20(40ears)nomral subjects wear recruited as control.Thersult was analyzed by the SPSS statistics17.0.Results:1. There was no significant difference in ABR internal peak latency and peak latencybetween left and right ear in healthy subjects (P>0.2); In healthy subjects, women’sIII, V wave peak latency and III-V,I-V wave internal peak latency was shorter thanmen, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05);2. There was no significant difference in EcochG AP latency and SP/AP between leftand right ear in healthy subjects, and there was no significant difference between maleand female(P>0.1);The SP latency of female was shorter than male(P=0.018);3. There was no significant difference between low-key tinnitus and high-key tinnitusin PTA,OAE, ABR and EcochG (P>0.1);There was a significant difference betweenthe tinnitus groups and the control group in PTA,OAE and EcochG,and ABR rusultwas no significant difference.4. There was obviously negative correlation between the amplitudes of DPOAE andthe pure tone audiometry testing resultsin tinnitus patients, DPOAE f0is obvionslycorrespond to the pure tone audiometry test frequency.5. The abnormal rate had a significant difference between TEOAE and EcochG (P <0.005) in tinnitus patients; The abnormal rate had no statistical significant differencebetween DPOAE and EcochG(P>0.05)in tinnitus patients;6. The latency of tinnitus patients between ABR I wave and EcochG action potentialhad a good consistency(P=0.001); 7. The pass rate of TEOAE:hearing loss tinnitus group <normal hearing tinnitusgroup <control group; The amplitude of1.25-1.75KHz,1.75-2.5KHz,2.5-3.5KHzand3.5-4.5KHz frequency in TEOAE:hearing loss tinnitus group <normal hearingtinnitus group <control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05);8. The pass rate of DPOAE:hearing loss tinnitus group <normal hearing tinnitusgroup <control group; The amplitude of1KHz、2KHz、4KHz frequency inDPOAE:hearing loss tinnitus group <normal hearing tinnitus group <control group, the difference was statistically significant (P=0.00);9. The derivation rate of wave I,III, V was no differene among the three groups (P>0.1), The peak latency of wave I in hearing loss tinnitus group was prolonged than thecontrol group and normal hearing tinnitus group, the difference was statisticallysignificant (P <0.05);The differences had no statistical significant in internal peaklatency and peak latency of the other wave (P>0.2);10. The derivation rate of SP and AP had no apparent difference among the threegroups (P>0.05), the abnormal rate of SP/AP in hearing loss tinnitus group washigher than another two groups(P=0.00);Conclusions:The comprehensive audiological tests could offer objective basis for the earlydiagnosis in cochlear and retrocochlear tinnitus patients.1.The results suggest that TEOAE and DPOAE could reflect cochlear lesion inearlystage before the pure tone audiometry.2.DPOAE f0was obvionsly correspond tothe pure tone audiometry test frequency,it’s suggest that DPOAE f0and pure toneaudiometry test frequency is consistent.3.TEOAE was more sensitive to filter thecochlear function than DPOAE and EcochG.4.ABR test play a important role in thediagnosis of the lesion site of tinnitus; The latency between ABR I wave and EcochGaction potential had a good consistency, they can support each other.5.SP/AP was wasmore sensitive to filter the cochlear function than the latency of SP and AP.
