Objective To investigate the association between24h heart rate(HR)circadian rhythm changes and Glomerular Filtration Rate(GFR) in essentialhypertensive(EH) patients. Methods A total of347EH patients without previous treatment underwent24h ambulatory blood pressure monitoring.According to BP or HR decreasedmore than10%or not in nighttime compared to those in the daytime, patientswere divided into two groups: dipper HR、nondipper HR, Comparing thechange of GFR in two group patients.Rusults Non-dippers in HR was32.7%of all the subjects. The GFR meanvalue of nondipper HR group is lower than that in dipper HRgroup(100.64±27.92to110.80±25.52ml/min,P<0.05). After correctingall the factors, The GFR of nondipper HR group is still lower than thatin dipper HR group (102.45±2.33to109.02±1.73ml/min,P<0.05).Singlefactor partial correlation analysis show that nondipper HR is negativelycorrelation with GFR(r=-0.132,P=0.029).Conclusion Heart rate circadian rhythm change is correlation with GFRin EH patients. |
