Further more, theB group was divided into antepartum diagnosis group (group B1) and intraoperativediagnosis group (group B2) on the basis of pregnancy ultrasound examination results. The diagnosis and sizes of ovarian tumors during pregnancy in group A were analyzed. The ultrasound diagnosis in group B1, ovarian tumor size through surgical explorationand pathological diagnosis in group B1and B2were analyzed. The diagnosis timeand change of tumor size in ultrasound group (group A+B1) were analyzed. Results The pregnant women with ovarian tumor and tumor-like lesions accountedfor0.72%of total labor number. There were altogether63cases (59.43%) in groupB1,of which15cases diagnosed in preconception,32cases diagnosed in earlypregnancy,11cases diagnosed in second trimester, and5cases diagnosed in thirdtrimester.
