Statistics of ultrasound in mass <5cm in diameter that frequencyand5cm of tumor samples lesions and ovarian tumors, differences between(the chi-square=6.39, P <0.05). By the late in pregnancy cesarean sectiondelivery neonatal59patients, including term newborns54cases, prematurebirth in5patients;By cesarean section1case with intrapartum stillbirth delivery;Natural labor6patients. Ultrasound is safe for pregnancy with ovarian mass diagnosis and the most common inspection method, highsensitivity. Ovarian mass greater than5cm in diameter, possible ovariantumor’s complications, such as the reverse may increase, and do not neglectthat the possible have malignant. For less than5cm bump, can be closelymonitoring to full term. Ovarian mass growth is the possibility of ovarian tumorin pregnancy.
