Objective: Through the analysis of176cases of primary hepatic carcinoma, toinvestigate the etiological factors and risk of primary hepatic carcinoma, and then theimportant strategies of primary hepatic carcinoma is early Prevention early detection,early diagnosis and early treatment.Methods: According to the questionnaire,176cases with primary hepaticcarcinoma and184non-liver diseases were sampled which hospitalized in QinghaiUniversity Affiliated Hospital from October2010to March2013.Then a case-controlstudy was carried out.Results:The distributions of cases’ ages,races and occupations in two groupswere indiscriminate.11.7times of liver cancer happened in HBV infected person thannon-infected,population attributable risk of primary liver cancer was58.183%.HBV infection had no difference in amphiprotic distribution.The primaryhepatic carcinoma was related to HBV and HCV infection,history ofhepatocirrhosis,history of hepatitis B,sex(male was dangerous element),drinking,family history of hepatitis and family history of liver cancer.The goodness of fit ofthe model was88.4%were eliminated by multivariate regression analysis.Conclusion:HBV infection is a major risk for primary hepaticcarcinoma.Furthermore,primary hepatic carcinoma is concerned with HCV infectionand hepatic cirrhosis.The prevention and cure to chronic hepatitis are major means toprevent primary hepatic carcinoma....
