Platelet-dedved growth factor(PDGF) and Epidermal growth factor (EGF) are important ovarian local regulation factor. In ovary, they performs in paracrine manner to participate in the local regulation of ovary. In regulating the growth of follicle and oocyte maturation, and secretion of ovarian hormones, they played their roles. Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) disease also has relationship with PDGF and EGF.So far, studies about human PDGF and EGF levels in follicular fluid and Invitro fertilization-embryo transfer(IVF-ET) relationship is not pervalance, especially in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome, the relationship between PDGF and EGF levels in the follicular fluid and IVF-ET has not yet been reported in China. This study used enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) analysis of PDGF and EGF levels in follicular fluid, comparing the follicular fluid levels of patients with PCOS group and the control group, the clinical features and the relationship between the clinical outcome, which is intended to explore evaluation PDGF and EGF in outcome assessment of IVF-ET treatment. There is no relevant reports regarding to improving the clinical success rate of IVF-ET, and improving IVF-ET in patients with PCOS treatment.Study Individuals and Methods:study individuals:Since May2013to August2013, we collected data from infertility patients who have undertaken conventional in-vitro fertilization and embryo transplantation therapy in the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University assisted reproduction center. The first group selected28patients with PCOS as a team, random selection of24patients with normal ovulation as control group. The second part of30patients with infertility after IVF-ET who had got pregnancy as pregnancy group,22patients with infertility after IVF-ET didn’t get a pregnancy as a group. The third part seven get pregnant abortion patients as a pregnancy abortion group,23normal pregnancy patients as normal pregnancy group. Study methods:Follicular fluid were collected by transvaginal ultrasound-guided aspiration in the day of oocyte follicle. By enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, follicular fluid PDGF, EGF levels were detected. The first part of the control group were compared with PCOS group and in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer after the two non-pregnant patients with pregnancy., which included follicular fluid levels of PDGF and EGF, their clinical characteristics, number of oocytes fertilization rate, clinical pregnancy rate. The second part of the comparison between PDGF and EGF levels in patients with follicular fluid in the non-pregnant group pregnant group all patients. The third part of the comparison and PDGF and EGF levels in patients with follicular fluid of normal pregnancy group trimester abortion group all patients. Experimental data obtained were analyzed statistically using SPSS19.0softwareResult:1.PCOS group compared with the control group:the basis of serum luteinizing hormone (luteotropic hormone, LH) value is high, LH/follicular estrogen ((follicle stimulating hormone, FSH)is high, a significant difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).2.PCOS group compared with the control group:for the high number of oocytes, was significantly higher, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Excellent embryos, cleavage rate, clinical pregnancy rate with the control group, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).3. PCOS group compared with the control group:fertilization rate, embryo excellent rate, was significantly higher, with statistical significance (P<0.05).4.PCOS group compared with the control group:PDGF and EGF levels were significantly higher, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:1.PCOS patients’levels of PDGF and EGF were higher than that of control group, which may be associated with the pathogenesis of polycystic ovary2.PDGF and EGF of pregnant patients are higher than non-pregnant patients, suggesting that in the same state of the environment of the body, the expression of two factors contribute to higher pregnancy. 3PDGF and EGF levels in bubble fluid of pregnant patients were higher than non-pregnant patients, suggesting that PDGF and EGF have participated in the early embryo implantation, growth and development role.4. in the EGF level in liquid bubble of early abortion patients are lower than the continued pregnancy group, which may be associated with the occurrence of early abortion...
