The Curative Effect Analysis Of Locking Plate And Anatomical Plate For Distal Femoral Fractuers

Objective: To explore aminimally invasive locking plate and anatomical plate in theapplication of distal femoral fractures method and cilnical curative effect.Methods: Collect2006.10-2012.10in the1st affiliated hospital of zunyi medical collegeand the application of aminimally invasive locking plate and anatomical plate treatmentof74case of distal femoral fractures. All cases are accord with the diagnostic criteriaestablished by AO/AISF,and in strict accordance with the classification.Among themlocking plate group41cases,A1in9cases, A2type4, A314cases, No B, C13cases, C26cases, C3in5cases; anatomical plate group33cases, A1type5cases, A2type3cases, A39cases, No B,C1type5cases, C2type7cases, C3in4cases; The above two groups ofoperation time, intraperative blood loss, postoperative complitions,fracture healing timeand carried out a statistical analysis on the indexs of knee joint HSS score and clinicalcurative effect.Results: The locking plate group operating time73.3±21.0minutes, blood loss244.9±61.0ml; the anatomical plate group operating time83.8±22.2minutes, blood loss274.5±61.2ml.Postoperative incision locking plate group were class A healing,butanatomical steel group due to the original pollution is serious,1case of open fracturewound in deep soft tissue infections after surgery. All cases followed up time of10to26months, an average of18months.Locking plate group clinical healing time18.2±3.3weeks,but the anatomical plate group healing time20.1±2.7weeks.Locking plate group ofknee joint stiffness,was record in1case of open fracture of motion flex0to40degrees.Dose not appear do not heal,bone osteomyelitis and stell screw loosening,fractureand so on.the anatomical plate in the group1case closed fractures as articular surfacegrinding,postoperative knee stiffness, flexion and extension3to7degrees.1case of openfractures, bone defects, postoperative nonunion, internal fixation loosening. Two groups ofcases with knee joint function of HSS score effect assessment: the locking plates wereexcellent in28cases, good in8cases, in4cases and poor in1case, good rate of87.8%;anatomical plate group of14cases,11cases,6cases,2cases,was75.8%.Conclusion: Locking plate with anatomical plates are suitable for internal fixation treatment of distal femoral fractures; Locking plate is better than that of anatomic plate inthe treatment of distal femoral fractures has small trauma,simple and convenientoperation,fixd and reliable advantages superior to anatomical plate.
