Objective We aim to investigate the expression of Foxp3(forkhead/winged helix transcription factor, a specific protein of regulatory T cell) in non-small cell lung cancer and explore the main influence factor of Foxp3.Methods Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) technique in combination with western blotting (WB) were performed to detect the expression of Foxp3mRNA and protein in non-small cell lung cancer, paracarcinoma tissues and normal groups. Results The expression of Foxp3in the tumor cells. The expression of Foxp3mRNA in both non-small cell lung cancer and paracarcinoma tissues were significantly higher than that in control groups (P=0.00,0.046). Among a lot of influencing factors, the gender and node metastasis are of great statistical significance(P=0.042,0.000), while age, smoking histroy and pathological types are not statistically significant (P>0.05)for the express of Foxp3mRNA and protein. Conclusions Foxp3could expressed in lung cancer cell lines, and the expression of the non-small cell lung cancer Foxp3were highly than in normal group. It show that Foxp3is a strong predictor of non-small cell lung cancer and provide the optimized solutions to immunotherapy and its prognosis. |
