Objective: To investigate cancer screening in venous thromboembolism (VTE) inpatients with cancer-related benefits and the diagnosis, treatment and preventionmeasures of VTEMethod: Collected148patients with thromboembolism from March2013to March2014were treated in vascular surgery of the First Affiliated Hospital of FujianMedical University,Male69cases, female79cases, mean age (56.8±15.8)(23-86).All patients had DVT,combined PE15cases,38patients of the148cases ofpatients there is a clear risk (previous tumor4cases, trauma and recent surgery20cases, previous history of VTE13cases, pregnancy and puerperal1case).Screened14patients with tumors,Where the pathological type of liver cancer three cases, one caseof glioma, lung cancer,1case of non-Hodgkins lymphoma, one case of ovariancancer two cases, one case of stomach cancer, colon cancer two cases, one case ofbladder cancer, cervical cancer1cases of endometrial carcinoma.Analyze andsummarize the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of the14cases VTE in patientswith cancer. Result:5patients of the14cases of malignant tumors in patients theadvanced cancer death Within six months,One case of because he want brain surgeryso inferior vena cava filter implantation,5warfarin therapy for3-6months,1treatment3months with low molecular weight heparin,1have no other treatment after1monthstreatment with low molecular weight heparin,Receiving anticoagulant therapy forpatients with lower limb edema, pain have been improved to varying degrees.Onecase do not continue treatment with low molecular weight heparin or Warfarin, helower extremity edema and pigmentation is further aggravate. Conclusion:Byscreening for this group of VTE cases and analyze the14cases of VTE werecombined with tumor, tip malignancy in patients with no obvious risk factors for VTEdetection rate (12.7%), with the majority of the elderly (92.8%).Therefore, screeningcancer for VTE in patients is necessary, especially in older patients,.Investigate VTErisk factors associated with malignancy and the diagnosis, prevention, treatment and prognosis of the tumor.Affirmed the role of low molecular weight heparin andwarfarin,on cancer-related VTE prevention, improve the awareness of prevention VTEwith cancer, helps to improve the prognosis of cancer patients.
