Objective: To study the vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF-C) in theoccurrence and development of breast cancer, evaluate its correlation with differentstages of breast cancer staging, provide a reference basis for patients prognosisassessment.Methods: Selected Randomly of02,2012to August2012in QingDa hospitaloutpatient care or breast center hospital treatment of90cases of pathologicaldiagnosis for60patients with breast cancer and30patients with mammary glandfibroma as the research object, using enzyme-linked immunosorbent method to detectserum VEGF-C expression level, and analyze its expression level and breast cancerpatients with different stages of relationships. Version17.0of the software of SPSS isused to statistical analysis, the results.Results After statistics analysis, Ⅲ period breast cancer patients serum VEGF-Clevel, significantly higher than that of mammary gland fibroma group,(P <0.05),StageⅡbreast cancer serum VEGF-C higher than that of mammary gland fibromagroup,the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); Ⅲ) breast cancer patientsserum VEGF-C level obviously higher than that of patients with stage Ⅰ, Ⅱ breastcancer (P <0.05);the VEGF-C gene expression in different clinical stages of breastcancer, positive expression rate of VEGF-C in Ⅰ、Ⅱand Ⅲ periods were30%(3/10),47.1%(16/34),81.3%(13/16). Phase Ⅲ VEGF-C expression wassignificantly higher in breast cancer Ⅱ, Ⅰ expression in breast cancer, wasstatistically significant difference between the three groups (P <0.05. Breast cancer,the expression of VEGF-C level was positively correlation with TNM staging ofbreast cancer, suggesting positive expression of VEGF-C also closely associatedwith tumor stage, tumor staging the later, VEGF-C positive expression rate ishigher.After statistics analysis, transfer stage of breast cancer in VEGF-C expression,expressed no metastasis of breast cancer is significantly higher than in the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05. The expression of VEGF-C breast cancer andbreast cancer is correlated with metastasis.Conclusion through the analysis of different stages and transfer in the clinicalpathological characteristics, such as breast cancer, the expression of VEGF-C level,prompt the levels of VEGF-C can assess the occurrence and development of breastcancer, to predict lymph node transfer of risk, to judge the prognosis of breast cancerhas certain clinical value. Clinical detection of VEGF-C level, to a certain extent canguide postoperative chemotherapy, targeted therapy for research to help.
