Objective:Research on the basis of conventional western medicine treatmentincluding combination of traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture point injectiontherapy in the treatment of gastric paralysis after stomach surgery syndrome curativeeffect, provide reference for clinical treatment of postoperative gastric paralysissyndrome of the stomach. Methods:Study of Qinghai university hospital between January2009and October2013lines of30patients with gastric paralysis after stomach surgery syndrome: ajoint group of15cases (combined Chinese and western medicine treatment),conventional group15cases (conventional western medicine therapy).Evaluationindexes:(1) Two groups of patients before treatment, treatment1、2weeks after thechange of mental state;(2) Nutrition indicators: two groups of patients beforetreatment, treatment1、2weeks after the change of serum albumin(propagated);(3)Two groups of patients before and1、2weeks after treatment ofclinical symptoms integral change;(4)Two groups of patients before and after1week,2weeks of treatment the quantity of gastrointestinal decompression;(5)Two groups ofpatients with therapeutic effects:1、2weeks after treatment the total effective rates(total effective rate=efficient+healing) changes;(6)Two groups of patients withpostoperative recovery time, hospital stay, hospital expenses and complications.Results:(1) Two groups before treatment in patients with anxiety depression score, score difference has no statistical significance (P>0.05).1、2weeks after treatment2groups of patients with depression, anxiety score a downward trend over time, compared with before treatment,2groups on depression, anxiety score changedifference had statistical significance (P <0.05) and the joint group on the variations in depression, anxiety score were higher than conventional group difference wasstatistically significant (P <0.05).Tip: combine traditional Chinese and westernmedicine treatment in improving patients’ mental state is better than that ofconventional western medicine treatment.(2) The two groups before treatment in patients with serum albumin leveldifference is no statistical significance (P>0.05).In group1、2weeks after treatment2patients serum albumin levels on the rise over time, compared with before treatment,2groups of serum albumin level change difference had statistical significance (P <0.05) and serum albumin level change in joint group were higher than conventionalgroup difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Tip: combine traditionalChinese and western medicine treatment in improving patient body nutrition issuperior to the conventional western medicine treatment.(3) Two groups before treatment in patients with main symptoms integraldifferences had no statistical significance (P>0.05).1、2weeks after treatment2groups of patients with symptom scores declined with time, compared with beforetreatment,2groups of symptom integral change difference had statistical significance(P <0.05) and on the change in combined group were higher than conventional groupdifference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Tip: combine traditional Chinese andwestern medicine treatment in reducing the PGS symptoms, improve postoperativelife quality is better than that of conventional western medicine treatment.(4) The amount of two groups before treatment in patients with gastrointestinaldecompression no statistical difference (P>0.05). In1week,2weeks after treatment2groups of patients with gastrointestinal decompression quantity levels fell overtime;Compared with before treatment,2groups of gastrointestinal decompressionquantity change difference had statistical significance (P <0.05) and joint group onthe change in higher than conventional group difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Tip: prompted to combine traditional Chinese and western medicinetreatment in promoting gastrointestinal function recovery, is superior to conventionalwestern medicine treatment.。(5) Two groups after treatment for1week,2weeks total effective rate is on therise over time, but the joint group total effective rate in the two time points werehigher than in normal group difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Tip:combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment the clinical curativeeffect is better than conventional western medicine treatment.(6) patients of two groups: joint group resume eating time12.4±1.6d, length ofhospital stay18.3±5.3d,3.3±0.4wan yuan;Regular group resume eating time17.2±2.7d, length of hospital stay23.2±3.0d,4.0±0.1wan yuan;Between the twogroups after treatment diet time, length of hospital stay, cost difference had statisticalsignificance (P <0.05);There is no statistical difference of2groups of patients withcomplications (P>0.05).Tip: combine traditional Chinese and western medicinetreatment in a shortened diet, length of hospital stay, reduce costs is superior to theconventional western medicine treatment; There was no statistically significantdifference complications aspects. Conclusion:This study through the integration of the two major clinical symptomsbefore and after treatment, the quantity of gastrointestinal decompression, nutritionalindicators, mental status changes, clinical efficacy and postoperative diet time, lengthof hospital stay, hospital cost comparison, thus concludes that western medicineincluding combination of traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture point injectiontherapy than conventional western medicine therapy can effectively improve thesymptoms of patients with PGS, nutritional status, mental state, improve the patientsquality of life after-and shorten the length of hospital stay, reduce hospitalizationexpenses; To improve the treatment effect of PGS.Therefore believe that it is to promote gastric paralysis restored a safe, simple, economic and effective way ofcomprehensive treatment to be promoted.
