| Objective：To discussion"autologous Cage"、Cage+autologous two bone material inpatients with spondylolisthesis choose posterior lumbar interbody fusion,comparisons of the rates of fusion, intervertebral height loss and clinical efficacy;andanalysis the rates of fusion after3month,6month,12month,then to determine whichfusion graft material required shorter time.Methods：Patients with Lumbar spondylolisthesis for Posterior lumbar interbody fusionsurgery were randomly divided into A, B two groups, A group choose "autologousCage"of bone graft material，B group selection Cage+autologous bone graft。Retrospective the clinical data of two groups, comparisons of the speed of fusion,therates of fusion, intervertebral height loss and clinical efficacy,Results：A group included of41cases, B group involved of37cases, ttwo groups inaverage age、slippage vertebral body、sex ratio was not significant difference (P>0.05)；two groups insymptoms improvement was not significant difference (P>0.05)；the patients of group A in12months after surgery compared to3days, no case foundof intervertebral height loss, the group B found13cases, the difference wasstatistically significant（t=-4.818，P＜0.05）；A, B two groups in fusion rates after3months (P=0.017<0.05)、after6months (P=0.026<0.05) the difference wasstatistically significant，but after12months, the fusion rates between two groups thedifference was not statistically significant (P=0.084>0.05).Conclusion：A group of "autologous cage" and group B with Cage+autogenous two bonegraft material in posterior lumbar interbody fusion treat spondylolisthesis thesymptoms improvement after surgery was not significant difference；the two groupsin intervertebral height loss after surgery，the difference was statistically significant；two groups in fusion rates after3months、after6months the difference was statistically significant，that mean:"autologous cage"(A group) required shorter timethan Cage+bone autogenous (B group) in fusion rates. |
