Objective: Discussion of the middle-aged and young patients with acute myocardialinfarction (AMI) risk factors, clinical situation and coronary artery lesion characteristics. Methods: Collection in May2012-May2013in yan ’an university hospitalcardiovascular ward dongguan hospital diagnosis of130cases of AMI patients, divided130patients into two groups:: young and middle-aged group71cases (age <60years old)and elderly group59patients (age60or higher). Collect two groups of patients with riskfactors: gender, smoking, drinking,, history of hypertension, diabetes, blood lipids, family history, etc.; Collection of two groups of patients with clinical features: before theonset of angina pectoris, pathogenesis, inducing factors, the main symptoms, complications and clinical diagnosis and the characteristics of the two groups of coronaryangiography. On the above research and analyze the clinical data of two groups ofpatients, all of the above data adopt SPSS19.0statistical software analysis, two groups ofmeasuring data using t test, counting data using X2test, compare the similarities anddifferences between the two groups.Results:1. The two groups in the risk factors for hypertension, smoking history, gender, family history, body mass index, drinking with significant difference (P <0.01), there isno difference (P>0.05) in diabetes and aging triglyceride level is lower than the youngand middle-aged group, there are differences between the two groups (P <0.05), while inthe aspect of low density lipoprotein, cholesterol, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(hdl-c) no difference (P>0.05).2. The clinical characteristics of two groups: if there is a history of angina before, with and without inducing factors, the former mainly had no radiation pain associatedwith the onset of symptoms and aspects, there are differences between the two groups(P<0.05), complications of arrhythmia in the two groups have significant difference (P <0.01), there are differences between the two groups of Killip classification (P <0.05), inthe papillary muscle rupture, the wall tumor, pericardial effusion, hospital deaths have nodifference (P>0.05).3. The characteristics of the two groups of coronary angiography: young andmiddle-aged patients with coronary angiography is given priority to with single lesion, and the elderly group there were significant differences (P <0.01), compared two groupsof patients with cyclotron, right coronary artery lesions has significant difference (P <0.01), the two groups in the anterior descending left main, pathological changes have nodifference (P>0.05), there are differences between the two groups on Gensinis score (P<0.05).Conclusion:1. The young and middle-aged women less acute myocardial infarction, men, especially men living in the countryside.2. The young and middle-aged, smoking is major risk factors of acute myocardialinfarction should be publicity of the dangers of tobacco to cardiovascular, Activelyadvocating to quit smoking, especially with a family history of coronary heart disease(CHD).3. High blood triglycerides, overweight is also one of the characteristics of youngand middle-aged acute myocardial infarction, advising people to low-fat low-sugar diet, adhere to the proper motion, prevent the happening of the early myocardial infarction.4. The young and middle-aged before the onset of acute myocardial infarction anginais less, the history of the disease suddenly, the symptom is given priority to with chestpain.5. The young and middle-aged acute myocardial infarction, coronary angiography isgiven priority to with single, multivessel lesions of the patients suffering from high blood pressure, diabetes and other risk factors.
