Clinical Analysis And Research Of Frameless Stereotactic Technique In The Treatment Of Small Intracerebral Hemorrhage

Objective:Through the method of frameless stereotactic technique and traditionaldepartment of internal medicine conservative treatment respectively in treatment ofhypertensive cerebral hemorrhage hematoma intracerebral supratentorial, explore theframeless stereotactic hematoma aspiration for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhagesupratentorial intracerebral hematoma of the clinical value of small.Methods:Using CAS-R-2frameless stereotactic instrument using puncturehematoma aspiration for small supratentorial intracerebral hematoma in30cases ofhypertensive cerebral hemorrhage (stereotactic treatment group) and at the same timeperiod by the Department of internal medicine, conservative treatment score at admissionideology bleeding and bleeding in30patients of phase matching (conservative treatmentComparative Study of group).Results:The stereotactic radiotherapy group and conservative treatment group aftertreatment the incidence rate of complications had no significant difference (P>0.05);compared the two groups that hematoma disappeared time and the averagehospitalization time stereotactic group is better than the conservative treatment group (P<0.05); after2weeks of treatment, the recovery of neural function in patients with: scoreof nerve functional stereotactic group of mild and moderate patients recovered better thanconservative treatment group (P <0.05), score for severe patients, stereotacticradiotherapy group and conservative treatment group treatment had no significantdifference (P>0.05); quality of life assessment (ADL): Barthel index score of patientswith stereotactic group is better than the40points above the conservative treatmentgroup (P <0.05), scoring in the20-40points in stereotactic radiotherapy group andconservative treatment group had no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion:For supratentorial intracerebral hematoma in hypertensive cerebralhemorrhage, compared with conservative treatment, CAS-R-2frameless stereotactic hematoma aspiration is a timely, safe, and effective treatment method, can make the lossof nerve function better restoration, make patients get better prognosis.
