【Objective】 To detected in non-small cell lung cancer (non-small cell lung cancerNSCLC) tissue and paracancerous normal tissue, VEGF-C, VE-cadherin protein expressionlevels, research the relationship of between VEGF-C, VE-cadherin and clinical pathologicalfeatures in NSCLC,and The correlation between the two.【Method】 Use immunohistochemistry Envision method to detect VEGF-C andVE-cadherin protein expression levels in48patients with non-small cell lung cancer and20cases of cancer in normal lung tissues, combined with the clinical and pathologicalfeatures of lung cancer were analyzed.【Results】1. VEGF-C protein in non-small cell lung carcinoma and adjacent tissues, the positiveexpression rate was60.4%(29/48) and15%(3/20), the difference was statisticallysignificant (P <0.05). VEGF-C expression in cancer tissues with lymph node metastasis, thepositive rate was77.78%(21/27) was significantly higher than that without lymph nodemetastasis,42.86%(9/21)(P <0.05).VEGF-C protein expression and patient age, smoking,no significant correlation between pathological type and degree of differentiation.2. VE-cadherin protein in NSCLC tissue and paracancerous normal tissue, the positiveexpression rate were56.25%(27/48) and20%(4/20), the difference was statisticallysignificant (P<0.05). VE-cadherin expression in cancer tissues with lymph node metastasis, the positive rate was74.07%(20/27) was significantly higher than that without lymph nodemetastasis,42.86%(9/21)(P <0.05). VE-cadherin protein expression and the patient age, smoking, no significant correlation between pathological type and degree of differentiation.3. VEGF-C, VE-cadherin protein expression levels in non-small cell lung cancer werepositively correlated (P <0.01).4. VEGF-C, VE-cadherin-positive lymph node metastasis group was68%, significantlyhigher than both the total of negative35%, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01).【Conclusion】1. VEGF-C and VE-cadherin protein expression in NSCLC group was higher than inparacancerous normal tissue.2. VEGF-C and VE-cadherin protein common positive expression of the lymph nodemetastasis group was higher than in NSCLC without lymph node metastasis, suggesting thatthe two may be related to the growth of NSCLC and metastasis.3. VEGF-C and VE-cadherin protein expression levels in non-small cell lung cancerwere positively correlated. To inspected VEGF-C and VE-cadherin protein expression in non-small cell lungcancer that provide a theoretical basis for early warning non-small cell carcinomametastasis.
