Application Of α-N-Butylcyanoacrylate Medical Adhesive In Urological Surgery

Objective:To observe and investigate the application of α-N-ButylcyanoacrylateMedical adhesive in different urological surgical incisions，to analyse the effect andsecurity of α-N-Butylcyanoacrylate Medical adhesive in different surgical incisions，and then to evaluate the effect of α-N-Butylcyanoacrylate Medical adhesive inUrological surgery。Method:According to different urological surgical incisions，we divide the reseachobjects into three groups： Kidney surgery group15cases， all cases useα-N-Butylcyanoacrylate Medical adhesive to close surgical incision；Inguinal regiongroup189cases；Scrotum area group80cases。In inguinal region group and scrotumarea group，according to the different closure incision methods，we divide the reseachobjects into some subgroups，In inguinal region group，it contains silk group34cases，suture absorbable(vicryl) group40cases，skin stapler group69cases，andmedical adhesive group46cases；In scrotum area group，it contains silk group51cases，and medical adhesive group29cases；To observe and analyse the intertionstatus of α-N-Butylcyanoacrylate Medical adhesive jointed incision in kidney surgerygroup, inguinal region group and scrotum area groups；And to compare the differenceof group Medical adhesive with group traditional suture methods on repairingtime,postoperation in-hospital time,incision pain,scar after surgery and intertion stausin B and C groups。The data were statistically analyzed；Statistical methods：SPSS17.0statistical software for data analysis。Results:The results showed that the effect of α-N-Butylcyanoacrylate medicaladhesive jointed incision in Inguinal region and Scrotum area group is superior to theKidney group；Class-A healing rate of α-N-Butylcyanoacrylate medical adhesivejointed incision in Inguinal region and Scrotum area significantly higher than Kidneygroup；No matter in Inguinal region and Scrotum area the repairing time,postoperationin-hospital time,incision pain,scar after surgery the medical adhesive group was superior to the silk and skin stapler groups，and compared medical adhesive groupwith suture absorbable(vicryl) group，medical adhesive group only on the repairingtime and incision pain is better than the suture absorbable group；There is nosignificant difference of postoperation in-hospital time,scar after surgery betweenmedical adhesive group and suture absorbable group；There are no significantdifferences of Class-A healing rate between medical adhesive and traditional suturemethods，that explains medical adhesive jointed incision is safe and accessible。Conclusions:1,α-N-Butylcyanoacrylate Medical adhesive jointed incision is safe andaccessible，it can be used for jointing incision on the part of skin wrinkling and lesstension， but you must be carefull to use it on higher tension local；2,α-N-Butylcyanoacrylate Medical adhesive sutureed incision is faster than othersuture methods，and no repeated dressing；Postoperative patients can ben dischargedin the short term，and reducing the doctor workload；3,Medical adhesive group issuperior to the silk and skin stapler group on scar after surgery，but There was nosignificant differences with suture absorbable(vicryl)；4,The study found that it coundeffectively reduce the patients postoperative pain with α-N-Butylcyanoacrylatemedical adhesive sutured incision。...
