Syringa Pubescens Turcz., Also known as Qiaoling flowers, Queshe flowers, lilac hair, as sweet-scented osmanthus Branch (Oleaceae) is Syringa plants. Distributed in Henan, Hebei, Shaanxi, Shanxi, Gansu. Grown at on altitude of800~2400m mountain, ditch or Yashi. Its medicinal value has long been recognized civil, has taken its flowers, fruit tea drinking, anti-inflammatory, cough, hepatitis and cirrhosis of the efficacy, but has not been included in Pharmacopoeia. Currently, clove leaf of this plant at home and abroad study rarely reported, the study of stem bark is even more rare. This article from the quality assessment and pharmacological aspects of the systematic study of the Skin of Syringa Pubescem.Fill gaps in the field of pharmaceutical development of Turcz. Syringa Pubescens Turcz, the study of leaf development and utilization of resources cloves provide a theoretical basis, but also for the development and utilization of resources clove is scientific basis. Thesis mainly include the following:After checking the first author of a large number of foreign literature, the genus of the chemical composition and pharmacological study of Syringa made a detailed review, Also the chemical composition and pharmacological overview of Syringa Pubescens Turcz progress made in detail. To further develop the potential of Syringa Pubescens Turcz medicinal resources provide more detailed information. In this paper, by using high performance liquid chromatography method for different harvesting period of syringin content in the Skin of Syringa Pubescens Turcz. The results show that syringin content of April15harvest in the Skin of Syringa Pubescens Turcz up to1.154%. Next is May, May13,content of1.164%.September, October was gradually decreased, which in September16,was the lowest,0.477%. This may be related to plant growth environment, plants via the roots from the soil to absorb nutrients, plant nutrients through the vascular transport to various parts of the body, for the growth of plant. In April and May in the bark of the highest plant nutrient content, therefore, of syringin in April and May was relatively high, it is to determine the best harvesting period and to provide reference for quality evaluation. This paper used the ultraviolet spectrophotometric method for the determination of flavonoid content in the Skin of Syringa Pubescens Turcz, using anthrone colorimetric method for the determination of sulfate in the bark of Syringa microphylla Diels polysaccharide content. With the different harvest period of total flavone content is differentFrom March to October the flavone content appeared a peak in March April, higher flavonoid content, peak, and flavonoid content decreased significantly, and in September the lowest value.Different picking period of the Skin of Syringa Pubescens Turcz of polysaccharide content is differentFrom mid March to October,In May the content is low, April, June, September content than other months are taller, which in June23rd was the highestUsing SPSS16.0to flavonoids and total polysaccharide by correlation analysis. The results showed that flavonoids and total polysaccharide between correlation coefficient P>0, showed different harvesting time, flavonoids and polysaccharide were positively correlated. From March19th to October27th, with the increase of Polysaccharide from an upward trend! So the general flavone and polysaccharide as an index, the harvest period and the content of chemical components has a certain relevance, to determine the optimum harvest period to provide a scientific basis.Using GC-MS for the first time on the Skin of Syringe Pubescens Turcz. chemical composition analysis, were isolated and identified50components, of which32compounds, total91.68%component. The bark of Syringa volatile components with alkyl, alkenyl, alcohols, mainly for the twenty-one alkyl (29.98%), D-borneol (8.41%), twenty (6.31%), were palmitic acid (6.62%), oleanolic acid (3.53%), incense tree ene (5.98%), beta eucalyptol (2.84%), snake bed enol (2.55%), nineteen alkyl (1.43%) etc. This study uses a central composite design-response surface method on the Skin of Syringa Pubescens Turcz. lilac glucoside of extraction process were optimized. With volume fraction of ethanol, extraction time, solvent ratio as independent variables, syringin extraction rate as the dependent variable, the independent variable and dependent variable of totally two response surface regression fitting, determination of the optimum extraction process. The results show that:the Skin of Syringa Pubescens Turcz. optimum extraction conditions for41%ethanol20times amount of ultrasonic extraction of80min, for the future product development to provide a scientific basis of syringa.in this paper, using three antioxidant model on the Skin of Syringa Pubescens Turcz. extracts from different parts of the antioxidant activity screening, ABTS method the results show that: different concentrations of the Skin of Syringa Pubescens Turcz. extracts from different parts of scavenging ABTS free radical capacity size:n-butanol ethyl acetate layer> Layer> total extract> petroleum ether, n-butanol layer removal rate close to the same VC concentration. DPPH method the results show that:different concentrations of the Skin of Syringa Pubescens Turcz. extracts from different parts of scavenging DPPH free radical capacity size:VC> n butanol ethyl acetate layer> Layer> General> petroleum ether extract, DPPH method of Syringa Pubescens Turcz. antioxidant capacity significantly. Reducing the results show that:different concentrations of the Skin of Syringa Pubescens Turcz. extracts from different parts of reductive capacity size: n-butanol ethyl acetate layer> Layer> General> petroleum ether extract. To sum up, with the increase of concentration, Syringa Pubescens Turcz. antioxidant capacity increases, showing a good dose-effect relationship. The Skin of Syringa Pubescens Turcz extracts from different parts of the strongest antioxidant capacity of n-butanol layer, that for the next step of the skin of Syringa Pubescens Turcz. extract antioxidant components of directional separation, purification of direction. This study established the alcoholic hepatic injury model, the determination of the content of ALT in serum and liver MDA content, the results showed that:Syringa Pubescens Turcz. extract can obviously prevent alcoholic liver injury, taking a certain amount of Syringa Pubescens Turcz. extract can improve the alcohol-induced liver injury in mice liver tissue structure change, reduce the damaged liver tissue in the ALT content, enhance liver lipid metabolism ability, reduce the degree of steatosis of liver tissue.
