Isolated Skull Storage Method And Postoperative Bone Resorption Related Research

Objective Analysis of isolated skull stored with autologous cranioplasty after bone absorption correlation.Methods The176cases of decompressive craniotomy patients after Craniotomy operationwere stored at room temperature (83cases), at-80DEG C preservation (39cases), at-196DEG C (54cases) to save,3-6months after skull operation will reset, observation after1month,6month,18month skull bone resorption, the storage methods in postoperative bone resorption in risk factors by correlation analysis.Results The1st groups of absorption is higher than the2st,3stgroups. The2st, no statistically significant difference between the3st groups.Conclusion Appropriate isolated skull storage mode can effectively avoid after cranioplasty bone absorption.
