Objective To Analysis correlation between Neural spirit scale and changes ofbiochemical on the left side of hippocampus of patients with mild cognitive dysfunction.Methods Collected patients with mild cognitive dysfunction and normal aged controlgroup from Outpatient service and the inpatient department in ningxia medical universitygeneral hospital and cerebrovascular hospital from Febrary of2011to Febrary of2012.andimplement proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy and Mini-Mental Sate Examination aswell as Montreal cognitive scale test, measure N-acetyl aspartic acid, inositol, choline,creatine and a few ratio of out, analysis relevancy of the scale and them.Result1. Value of N-acety laspartate/Creatine with Mild cognitive dysfunction on theleft side of the hippocampus dropped significantly compared with normal aged controls, andthe difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). Value of Myo-inosito/Creatine with mildcognitive dysfunction was significantly higher than the control group, also have statisticallysignificant difference (P<0.01). Value Choline/Creatine of was no statistical differencebetween Mild cognitive dysfunction and control group (P>0.05).There was a significantpositive correlation between falls of N-acety laspartate/Creatine′value with Mild cognitivedysfunction on the left side of the hippocampus area and score of Mini-Mental SateExamination as well as score of Montreal cognitive scale (P<0.01). There was significantlynegative correlation between the rise of Myo-inosito/Creatine′value and two rating scale(P<0.01).There was no correlation between value of Choline/Creatine and score of tworating scale (P>0.05).Conclusion1.falls of N-acety laspartate/Creatine′spectrum value may be the early damage indexes to evaluate patients with mild cognitive.2.rise of Myo-inosito/Creatine′spectrum value may be the early damage indexes to evaluate patients with mild cognitive.3、Choline/Creatine′spectrum value may not be the early damage indexes to evaluate patientswith mild cognitive.4、There may be important application value in proton magneticresonance spectroscopy for early diagnosis and disease assessment to patients with mildcognitive dysfunction.
