Objective Discussion on the expression of EMA,Vimtin,CD34and Ki-67protein in renalcell carcinoma and their clinical significance.Method Retrospectively analyzed the immunohistochemical data of50cases renal cellcarcinoma and10cases renal angiomyolipoma to explore the correlation with clinicalpathological features, followed up these patients, and analysed the relation between theseprotein expression and tumor prognosis. Results Between the renal cell carcinoma group and the renal angiomyolipoma group, theexpression level of EMA and Vimtin protein were no significant difference. The proteinexpression level of CD34,Ki-67in renal cell carcinoma were higher than that in renalangiomyolipoma. There were no significant difference in EMA, Vimtin protein expression inthe diameter≤4cm renal cell carcinoma group and diameter>4cm group. The expression ofCD34and Ki-67protein in diameter>4cm group were significantly higher than that in thediameter≤4cm group. And the expression level in high stage cancer were higher than that inlow stage cancer. Conclusion EMA, Vimtin protein expression are irrelevant to tumor stage and size in renalcell carcinoma. The expression Of CD34and Ki-67protein in renal cell carcinoma are closelyrelated to tumor stage and tumor size,CD34and Ki-67protein can be used as an importantmolecular markers to evaluate prognosis of renal cell carcinoma.
