Object To explore opening and endovascular repair of abdominal aortic aneurysmsindications and intraoperative and postoperative complications of processing experience;Contrast the efficacy of the evaluation of open and endovascular treatment of abdominalaortic aneurysm.Methods45cases collected in our hospital from April2002to October2011, thesurgical treatment of abdominal aortic aneurysm patients include the open group20cases and25cases of endovascular treatment group. The retrospective analysis of45cases of patientswith hospitalization data, the patients underwent CT angiography of abdominal aorticreconstruction imaging (CTA) check, compare the two groups among, first, preoperativegeneral condition; second, operative time, intraoperative blood loss and blood transfusion, surgery costs, total hospital costs, ICU care unit stay, postoperative fasting time, firstambulation time, postoperative hospital stay; third, the number of complications30days aftersurgery, survival rate of perioperative and follow-up after1years survival rate. Results Among45patients,20cases by open surgery, after1years3cases died, therest sucessed;and25cases by endovascular treatment, trauma one cases of pseudoaneurysm,4cases of Behcet’s disease, after1year operation3cases died, the rest sucessed. In terms ofoperative time, intraoperative blood loss, blood transfusion, ICU care unit stay, postoperativefasting time, first ambulation time, postoperative hospital stay, the ER group was significantlybetter than the OR group(P<0.001); In terms of surgery costs, total hospital costs, the ORgroup was significantly less than the ER group(P<0.001); The number of complications30 days after surgery, survival rate of perioperative and follow-up after1years survival rate wereno significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Traditional open repair and endovascular treatment were effective surgicaltreatment method of abdominal aortic aneurysm, both have unique advantages. Traditionalopen surgery have less cost, low processing rate of secondary surgery, long-term prognosis iscertain, more biased in favor of younger patients; Endovascular treatment is minimallyinvasive, surgical risk is relatively small, rapid postoperative recovery, significantly improvepatients’ quality of life, particularly suitable for elderly patients at high risk and trauma orconnective tissue disease (Behcet’s syndrome, etc.) caused by pseudoaneurysm.
