Objective To investigate the correlation between Intraoperative microvascularDoppler ultrasonography (MDU) monitoring and clinical prognosis of patientswith anterior communicating aneurysm surgery. Methods Retrospectively analyzed107anterior communicating artery aneurysms clinical data, imaging andprognosis, which were operated by the same group of physicians。 According toHunt-Hess grade and Whether the use of intra-operative microvascular Dopplerultrasound monioring, the patients were divided into A group(Ⅰ grade)、B group(Ⅱgrade)and C group(Ⅲ grade),then which were divided into No MonitoringGroup(January,2006to December,2007)and Monitoring Group (January,2008to January,2012).The prognosis of patients was statistically among the groups withGlasgow Outcome Scale (GOS).Results Intraoperative microvascular Dopplerultrasound monitoring is the influenc-ng factors of the prognosis of the anteriorcommunicating aneurysm surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion It is a simple, economic, safe and effective means for anterior communicating artery aneurysm surgery tomonitor aneurysms arterial blood flow velocity. Adjust the location of arterialfolder distal artery stenosis or occlusion because of poor location of the folder. thepatient’s prognosis of microvascular Doppler ultrasound Monitoring group isbetter than No Monitoring group’s. |
